The Oakland Tribune reports an Oakland Raiders fan, known in the Black Hole as "Raiderman", was shot and killed early Sunday morning, Oct. 31, while watching television in his living room. The bullet that pierced the eye and killed 41-year old Larry Gamez was an errant shot from gunfire involving two groups outside his home, according to police officials.

the guy in the picture you linked to is not Larry Gamez.

That's Paul Bartels who according to his website lives in Pennsylvania and runs what looks like awesome custom made "buzzball" leagues.

It sucks that this happened to him or anyone for that matter. And for this to be the second time his house has been hit with gunfire is insane. I hope they find the cowards who did this.

It is very sad to lose a fellow NFL fan. I can only say that we can do him proud and fullfill his legacy by being die hard fans as he has been.
