Preview of the Browns From Cleveland

The Cleveland browns are a new team. Romeo Crennel endures his first year at the head coaching position for them. A new quaterback, in Trent Dilfer, and more confidence as a team.

They are on bit of a sluggish slump as well, losing to Baltimore then Detroit. However, im certain their anxious to reverse that tide when the come into Houston Sunday.

Their deffensive unit is improved, atleast some, from last season. They seem to cover recievers better, get the quaterback a little more, and they force turnovers.

The Browns have solid speical teams, who does what a special team until is suppose to do. Excute, and dont make stupid mistakes.

I'm looking foward to this game at Reliant Stadium on Sunday @ 1:00 PM. Big game for both teams, hopefully both get out of it injury free. Texan Fans: Cheer us on, PLEASE!:texflag:

They recently lost their #1 CB Gary Baxter for the season, moving 5th round 2003 pick Michael Lehan into the lineup.

Texans could win this game. They played very well in the 1st half against Indy. The Browns on the other hand, did not play so hot against the Lions.

Well whats the old saying any given sunday any team can win...

I think somebody keep giving us the wrong Sunday.:texflag:

Too bad our coaches are the worst at targeting weakness in an opponents lineup.

Makes no difference who is in the Browns secondary. Our offense doesn't have the time to get the ball to a WR in their backfield anyway! LOL

The Browns have about 8 sacks on the season. The Texans line might be able to stop them long enough for some pass plays.

If Andre is not gonna be back, Gaff should be out there with either Armstrong or mathis. Bradford cannot get it done.

Here is a quote from todays paper in the Canton Rep
Palmer was blasted by some for rushing Couch into a starting role in 1999. Capers said he doesn’t regret launching his program with the rookie Carr as a starter in 2002.

“I wouldn’t do it any differently,” Capers said. “I think David has progressed every year. His quarterback rating has gone up every year.

“He’s in the 70s right now, but his last few games, he’s been much, much better.

“I expect him to have his best year.”
