Their new Texans show, McNair is going to be on. I can't listen at work, can someone tune in and see if they pose the question 'wtf?'
 
Nothing yet. Some guy was on there from Florida talking about the Texans and Winston. They said that they could have probably traded him a couple of weeks ago and actually got something instead of cutting him out right.

They think that something big is brewing because of all the cuts. They stated that it could be to resign Meyers though....nobody knows what the hell is going on...just like on here.

Said that Chicago has something like 23M in cap space and is the front runner for Mario.

Said that he was talking to Rick Smith last night about how hard it is to do these cuts. Said it's due to salary cap circumstances.

Good 2011 season with many obstacles, yada yada. Yates in sweat suit on sideline but did well. Thought team had chance to go all the way.

Mario: Wade would love to have 3 OLBs to rush & hope he will have 3 this season but will see how market responds. Discussed Mario being selected and coaches thought Carr could be saved.
 
McNair on taking Mario. Was between Mario & Bush. Coaches thought they could "salvage" David Carr - OUCH LOL
 
To be fair, if they had taken Young because Carr could'nt have been salvaged it would've been a horrific disaster anyway.

I think they learned their lesson in 2002, taking Carr over Peppers. They say history repeats itself so they went with Williams second time :mariopalm:

The top of that 2006 draft class was horrible outside of Mario and Vernon Davis. And Vernon Davis got drafted waaaaaaaaaay too high for a TE.
 
Matt Schaub on schedule and fully confident he will be capable. We believe in him being ready to go.
 
Fans don't have the information they (the team) do, so they make decisions based on that. Said if he listened to the fans, he's be in the seats with them, not the owners box.

Difficult because better you play, players become more desirable. Wants to keep core players together
 
McNair "knows Xs & Os" according to Kalu, and he spends time in the film rooms. A little more involved than I thought.

Well when Vandermeer noted today was the start of free agency McNair said half jokingly it was probably poor planning to have him on today, so i don't think he ever intended to come on and talk about free agency moves and roster cuts.
