I'm sorry but I'm still in the Sign Manning Camp. If he indeed will sign an incentive laced contract he should come to Houston. Throw in Reggie Wayne and Foster's extension too...yeah. Even if it means losing Mario. JMO

If he has zip, accuracy, and can throw all the passes for an extended session...then you at least talk to him. You even say "We're going to land Reggie Wayne too. Whatever it takes. Are you interested?"

Holy crap, I mean...AJ, Reggie Wayne, Forehead, Foster, Tate, Daniels, Dreessen, Casey, Walter, it's over. The Forehead would set new records with these guys. No doubt in my mind. IF he's legitimately all-the-way-back.

How the heck could we afford them though. We'd have to cut Schaub, obviously, but would that free up enough money to resign Foster, Myers, Briesel, Williams, and adding Manning and Wayne?

Let Mario walk.

Let Myers walk. Draft Konz as our center "of the future" and let Peyton mold him into a beauty.

Briesel would have to be generous and play for lower money than what he might want. If not, let him walk. Draft his replacement.

Sign Foster or tag him.

Add Manning and add Wayne. Manning said he would do a low-dollar deal with incentives based on his performance. Sounds good to me, but only because our QB1 is comic back from Lisfranc injury and that's a tough things to come back from.
 
i see san fran landing him....they dont have a qb that they're heavily invested in but showed last yr that there's plenty of talent on that team to win a superbowl.......great run game...great defense......cali.....and a great coach. to top all of this off, the division is a joke. if manning & wayne wind up there together..the 9ers are going to be a problem.

besides, if the owner wants to make it happen theres nothing harbaugh can do or say.
