I was reading Kuharsky's latest blog on the numbers of our game against the Ravens.

According to ESPN Stats and Info, Baltimore sent four or fewer rushers on 29 of Yates’ 35 dropbacks [82.9%]. On those plays, Yates was 13-for-29 for 121 yards with all three of his interceptions.

And they sounded eerily similar to something I had read last week.

Houston blitzed 50 percent of the time in the regular-season game against the Bengals, but cut that to 23.1 percent in the postseason rematch. Quarterback Andy Dalton struggled throwing into coverage when the Texans did not blitz. Houston had three interceptions and sacked Dalton a season-high three times.

I can't find the quote now, but Kubiak had said something along the lines that they had expected to see pressure like they did in the first meeting, but had to change their game plan somewhere around the middle of the first quarter because of the lack of pressure they were seeing.
