Arian Foster's people have reached out to us to be involved in a video shoot that is promoting his new wristbands. Arian Foster will be the main person in the video and I have personally been invited as well. At least one of you will be joining me.

Anyone that purchases a wristband within the next few days will have a chance at being in his video. To get started …. simply, order an Arian Foster Silicone Wristband from Wristbands.net and like their Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/Wristbandsnet). Very simple.

The video shoot is planned for December 27th, 2011 in the Houston Galleria area. Wristbands.net thought it would be fun to get real fans involved. At a minimum you will be able to attend the shoot and best case scenario you will share screen time with Arian Foster. Don't worry…no acting skills required.

More than one person may win. Winners will be notified a few days before the video shoot.

These wristbands are a nice affordable option to buying a second or third jersey and the first $5,000 in sales will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Houston. Since these will be the initial sales you'll be supporting a LOCAL charity.
 
I ordered 2 of the 3/pack and received 2 bands - 1 white and 1 red
Not a happy camper - these were to be a christmas present for my grandson.

I got the same; there was a note included that the blue one was out of stock and would be sent along later.

The good thing about kids is, they'll take presents after Christmas too.

My 3-pack showed up in two mailings. Two (red & white) came on Weds and the other came on Friday.

They never said what the criteria was. I was extended an invite to the shoot but couldn't be back in town in time to make the shoot. I sent them a response email right away in hopes that they could pick someone else for my spot.

I have no idea how/why I won.

They somehow knew from this board who bought the wristbands. Honestly I don't know and didn't ask how they determined that.

What I do know is ObsiWan was the original winner and since he could not make it a runner up was selected. However the runner up was out of town too so as far as I know no winner selected was able to make it and there was no time to choose and contact a 3rd runner up.

The problem was everything was very last minute due to some conflict in Arian's schedule.

I did make it down and called a couple of long time board members literally hours before the shoot because they wanted representation from the site. It was all last minute. Fortunately Ryan (Yankee) and his wife Lindsay were able to make it as did Steph (Texans Chick) and Andy (BullPenPhotos) who came to take pictures of the shoot.

I will be in the commercial as will Ryan. I can't remember if Steph got into any scenes HOWEVER before the shoot started there was a small press conference given by some of the Houston news outlets interviewing Arian about his Pro Bowl selection. Steph jumped right into the middle of them and got a question in which I thought was pretty cool. I captured video of that on my phone and will post it shortly.

BTW, Arian was a real cool, funny, down to earth guy.

I'm sure that a lot of people related to players or the organization lurk on this site, so maybe somebody recognized you as a regular contributor.

Also, congrats Kevin, Ryan, and Lindsay. Sounds like a fun experience. I'll have to watch the videos later, since Youtube is banned at work.

when did they film the :48 scene?

I'm at 1:07, so is hookem, just not our heads. You can hear Texanschick's cream, lol.

They had us walking down the hall with the boxes and had a camera run at us. The camera was looking through Arian's eyes.

Overall I am really impressed with the work they did. Seeing that thing being made from start to finish, and then seeing the final project. It was a great job.
