Texans Probowlers?

Just curious how many people from the Texans roster do you see making the probowl?

I am going with 4- Cushing, JJoseph, JJ Watt, and DBrown

Despite the huge numbers from the offense, I going with only one due the ball being spread out more. I just don't think OD, AJ, and Foster have the numbers.

Defense- Brian Cushing and Jonathan Joseph. Glover Quinn might also go...

Offense-Arian Foster, Duane Brown, and Chris Myers.

Foster, Cushing, Barwin, Joseph.

Daniels has an outside shot if he has a good game or 2.

I would like some others to make it, but the Texans roster isnt well known enough.

Based on the lack of recognition of the Texans by the rest of the league, I am going with Foster, Cushing, Joseph and maybe Meyers.

:toropalm:

In a strange twist, their best team season will produce zero pro bowlers do to lack of recognition.

They have a good shot at a couple of All Pros though.

Cushing, JJo. Maybe Barwin. V. Miller and T. Suggs for sure, then it is either one of the two Pitt OLB or Barwin.

D. Brown, Meyers, and Winston. Foster depending on how season finishes.

It is my hope that some Texans will make the team...but none will play...being they will have a game the following week...

I would add Winston to the list. He's having a good season plus Peter King and Sirius NFL Network pump him up pretty good to listeners.

Sadly it will be Winston over Brown because of the hype the national media give Winston. He gives good quotes.

Foster is a shoe in. He is the leading vote getter at RB and second overall vote getter to Brady in the AFC I believe.

Even with Andre missing a lot of time I think he will find his way onto the team.

Cushing, Foster, Joseph. Maybe Myers maybe Duane Brown (he's got less of a chance than Myers does honestly)

My vote goes to any of these guys, god knows they have been pulling the overtime this year. or maybe they should all be fired, depends how you look at it I guess. ( team docs )

Dr. Steven Flores
Dr. David Lintner
Dr. Walter Lowe
Dr. Kevin Varner
Dr. James Muntz
Dr.Michael Chang
Dr. William Spangler
Dr. Tom O'Brien
Dr. Dana Harper

but on a serious note Cushing, Foster, and the whole dang o-line could rep in the pro bowl IMO.

Jonathan Joseph, Cushing and Foster should be in for sure.

Barwin will need a strong finish if he wants some consideration, because guys like Von Miller, Terrell Suggs, LaMarr Woodley, Tamba Hali, and James Harrison are having good seasons as well... not to mention are more nationally recognized.

I'd like to see Chris Meyers and Duane Brown in... but they'll have to beat out a lot of perennial pro-bowlers.

Andre is one of the 2 or 3 best WRs in the NFL since he was drafted by the Texans in 2003, but he's still really not worthy of a PB selection this year because of the large number of games he's missed due to injury. There's just too many other more worthy WRs this year.

You're right but the pro bowl is a popularity contest, not a true indicator of prowess on the field. That is why the Cowgirls usually have so many guys go to Hawaii.

I think Foster, Joseph, and one or two of our OL are virtual locks. Cushing has stiff competition, so it's a toss up with him.
