We are featured next Sunday against the Seahawks and Sharper. That's going to be a real laugh. The whole country gets to see how embarrassingly bad we are. Will the real McNair step forward please.

Our only hope is all the coaches are gone tonight....

May be ESPN will cancel the game....................
 
Well, at least one team has an offense. So it cant be worse than the field goal kicking contest that was Arizona/ San Fran last week.

With a nationally televised game at Seattle next week on ESPN Sunday Night Football, the Texans have their work cut out to break their losing streak.

"It’s a challenge, but I do believe in our guys," Capers said. "I think we have fighters in that (locker) room. I think we have guys that are made of the right stuff. I don’t think we have frontrunners."

Are you joking? Will somebody poke Caper with a stick and tell him to wake up. Saying stuff like that is like the captian of the titanic saying the boat has taken on some water but everythings o.k. He does know that we are the red white and blue jersey's with the cowhead on the helmet, right?

And that would be a miracle from the sports gods if that was to happen.
From what I heard the CBS team of Marino and co were mocking the Texans :embarrass I would hope that we go out there and play to win and not play to keep it close.

Sad, but true and it came from the Texan's Web Site. A couple of years ago I heard Capers give a locker room speech that was straight out of the movie about the little guy on the Notra Dame team. I mean it was almost a dead quote of the "NO ONE COMES INTO OUR HOUSE". I thought I was listening to the movie. That's when I said, Oh, NO. Boy was I right. Capers is a boy among men. He's not a leader and its as simple as that.
 
Maybe Capers makes it through next week and then gets canned when we get blown up by Seattle. No way he gets the boot this week. A new coach the week of a nationally televised game? No way, that would be a complete cluster.

Seattle wouldn't know exactly what to expect. Would be interesting. Another way to look at would McNair like to look as bad as we have nationally. At least he would have an excuse if we change coaches.
 
What's with Capers and the "I thinks". Should a head coach KNOW what he has? Maybe he needs to refer back to his notepad.

I think the coaches don't have the respect of the players.
I think there will be some changes (I think they won't be soon enough for the fans)
I think we'll still go through the growing pains after these changes.
I think the fans are tired of the "play it close" attitude that has infiltrated deep into the team
 
Ya know, the Titanic anolgy isn't bad. All I see happening (like Palmers firing) is like arrainging the deck chairs on the Titanic. We have ignored the obviouse technical problem (O-line) and we have a Captain that doesn't see or hear that we have hit the iceburg (capers). Until we COMPLETLY change (only Hoke and Possibly CC stick) will we not sink.
 
I don't know whose to blame but something has gone awry. I pay way too much to be disappointed time and time again. I've said it before and I'll say it again... The only reason I show up anymore is for the cheerleaders. I wonder what Samantha, Elizabeth, Emily and Angela are making because there the only reason I go to games anymore. That and the hope that the we'll turn this boat around for a win. We've got talent but no wins. WTF?
