Tennessee, Jacksonville and the Browns. Yeah, these 3 teams are likely to have losing records by the end of the season so we don't have to worry about that 1-18 thingy for nearly a month....yay.
 
yeah i think so as well. so we lost to a saints team, a team with massive emotions and arguably the best team in the AFC.
We have been playing well.

im 100% with you. we'll be 6-3 before you know it. say goodbye to the annual 5-7 texans !!! ..... and bye bye to its annual 4 game losing streak!

Texans are losing two out of the next three. They will beat the Browns, so I guess we can be proud for that. Jacksonville is going to do some heroic **** again and beat us.

Lettuce be cereal for a second. You sure you wanna do that? After the Jax game, you may be wearing that avatar long term. Faith in this team has dropping. JJo saying we should be 6-0....it's like I've seen Texans players say similar things all the time. "Could be thing, should have been that, but we aren't, but we gotta keep fighting". Hoping for the best. I'll take the bet though.

Way I understand it, AJ might not play in Tennessee. I don't think we win there on the road without him.

Texans definitely win 2 out of 3, if not all 3...the question mark with this week @titans...which I still say they win.
 
This issue is health. We stay healthy enough, we could end this season with a 9 game winning streak. We are not as bad as we look in Baltimore without A.J. on the field. Somebody teach Vickers how to catch. :sarcasm:

I had the Texans 4-2 at best & 3-3 at worst - 6 games in. My "swing" game was the Raiders game.
 
realisticly I think the most likely we will win 50% of our remaining games and back into the playoffs only to lose badly to an average team with a better coach. This will be enough for McNair to declare the season a success and keep kubiak for another year.

There should be no flames for believing in your team and hoping for the best.

However, a true test of faith on your part would be more of an "all in" prediction. Like 10-6, division title, and playoffs. :fingergun:

I'm still with my original 8-8/9-7 prediction, which may or may not get us a playoff spot depending on various circumstances and who we beat in our division.

It is looking like an 8-8 season once again. Games are tough for this team no matter who they play.

Isn't it a contract year for Kubiak next year? Knowing McNair, he won't go into a season with a lame duck head coach, he either gets the chop or gets extended doesn't he?

I notice you threw down your iron-clad promise of respectability with a nice safe cut-off date prior to the Texans facing Tampa Bay. I figure that you think the only real gamble in there is the Titans game and that we probably won't lose three in a row. Like most Texans fans you think we own the Jaguars when we don't and then Cleveland looks like a safe bet.
