They already beat Baltimore. I know it's a totally different team. But, if we believe a strong run game is key to beating the Saints, as it is to beating the Colts, Jacksonville's got that.

& they are at home.

We all thought it was a test for our team if we beat the Saints. Personally, I think it's an incomplete test.

We have to see how we react after the loss, are we the same old Texans & start a losing streak we won't be able to get out of? Or will we man up & demand a win at home?

We also need to see how the Saints do against a comparable team. I don't believe the Jaguars are an exact match, but they have a strong running game, like we say we have (even with Ben Tate)... & their D is as suspect as ours.

A loss to the Saints really won't tell us a whole lot, but if the Jags do beat the Saints, does that tell us anything?

The jags didn't beat baltimore, the titans did. But to answer your question, hell no. They'll likely run into the same problem we did...they won't be able to stop the saints when it matters.......or maybe not at any point in the game.

This is not just an incidental game to watch passively. If at the end of the season, somehow we are nose to nose in W-L with the Jags (and I would hope that does not come close to happening)...........if they beat the Saints (and we didn't), it could come back and bite us in the butt as far as any playoff hopes.
