Hello everybody, long time lurker first time poster.

I was watching chris bermans 2 minute drill on friday and he picked us to lose to the phins! Nobody except for the nfl live crew has bought into our defense yet at all and nobody credits out strong performance last week. Yeah it was against a "peyton-less colts team" but i still think we should at least deserve some credit!!!

I just really hope we beat the phins tomorrow and prove everyone, including chris berman wrong!

I wouldn't worry too much. I'll just let the Texans do the talking on the field :d:

We will see which Henne shows up.. the one from last week or the QB that the Dolphins were trying to replace with Kyle Orton in the offseason
 
Glad you are here. Texans just need to stick to business and not allow a slip up like first play first game to get them off game plan.
 
I guess when Henne threw for 400 yards playing from behind the whole game, the experts must think he's finally coming around or something. Beats me.
 
Berman also picked us to lose against the Colts 24-23, shows you how much he knows. Just another talking head.
 
Welcome to the board Lurvinator. Our performance last week was very good, but it was only one game. With our history, getting too excited after one game may not be too good of an idea. The Texans have to go out there and show the world that they have finally turned the corner defensively before anyone takes them seriously. I hope the Texans win tomorrow but I think it will be a tough game that I predict will come down to the last few minutes in the 4th quarter.
 
It's embarrassing how so many football minds are predicting a Texans loss. I hope that just motivates our Texans just that much more:d::kitten:
 
If Foster runs for 300 , Schaub throws for 700 and the defense pitches a shutout .... maybe the talking heads will rethink their position ..... Other than that , no one's gonna give the Texans credit for last weeks game against the Dolts with Collins at the helm .... Manning plays special teams and defense too you know.

He does on our team. Maybe our Manning is better than the Colts Manning cuz that guy only plays one position. :glasshalffull:

And I don't think NE did as much as we did to improve their D. Henne is gonna wind up on his hinny a bunch this afternoon!!:koolaid:

The way I see it, if we tank they're right, and if we ram the Dolphins up the ***, then we'll have the bragging rights.

Winning changes everything. Or so I've heard, never had much experience with it ;)

Just get with Charlie Sheen...he will show you what "winning" is LOL
 
Even if they win today they still won't get any credit. It is just against the Dolphins they will say. Beat the Saints on the road and you will start to get people's attention.
