After spending so much time in houston's sweltering heat I expect that the fellas will come out feeling fresh and invigorated.
 
Yep. The wife is on her side of the room with her red Niner shirt on. Across the white line down the middle of the room made by toilet paper is me with my blue Texans shirt on.

I just can't wait until the wager is paid off. :shades:

We might get some patches of rain from it but nothing serious. Being up in the mountains saves you from a lot of mother nature! Although, we did have an earthquake this week.

It's cute seeing all the northerners take super precautions for this hurricane though :)

Not on t.v. here, hell I don't know if we'll have power by then...well the DVR is set for the 11 p.m. broadcast on NFL. Hopefully the power/cable holds out so it actually records.
 
Over/under on how many players names Joel Myers gets wrong tonight, and how many times Tillman says he used to watch Ben Tate tear it up on Saturdays in the SEC?

I guess I'm the only one who worries that Frank Gore up the middle might just be a big problem tonight.
 
Can't wait to see Jonathan Joseph finally playing, hope Demeco plays also. If Mario doesn't get 6 sacks i'm done with him personally.

There are some high draft choices on this 49ers o-line (3 1sts, a 2nd, and a 3rd). Seven 1st rounders will start on offense for San Francisco, in total. It will be interesting to watch Jim Harbaugh and this new Niners offense.
 
I love going to the games but im excited to watch this game at home!

Just me, rocky, and my girl handing me beers while watching the game, its gonna be great.

I watched them last week and Gore or not, Oakland or not, I got the impression they can really run the ball. I'm interested to see the D go up against that run.

Tell her I can't support her today!! BUT, the rest of the year it is ON!!

I'll be smiling all through this game!! Getting to watch my TWO faviorite teams in the NFL!! Can't beat that for a Sat night!! (if I don't have to work!)

All said and done though, at the end of the game I wanna see a TEXAN win!!:gotexans1
 
Just an FYI. Kaepernick's first game resulted in two interceptions and just 9-of-19 throws for 117 yards against the Saints. Last week against the Raiders he was 6-of-8 for 52 yards.
 
We better start seeing something out of the STs.

The Texans special teams returns are just as bad as they look to be........just as bad as they possibly could be. They rank 32nd in returns for the preseason.

In 7 kick returns, 118 yds total, for a 16.9 yd ave, and a longest return of 21 yds.

In 3 punt returns, 11 Yds total, for a 3.7 yd ave.
