I reckon with the new improvements, we will improve dramatically. But we won't win against a team that's having one hell of a season, but we will try

Why not against us?

I agree. Nobody in this league will go 16-0.

With that being said...

Bengals - 16

It is important to remember they are still the Bengals.

Bengals 17
Texans 20

First ever overtime victory.

Bengals 31
Texans 13

Theirs all kings of problems with the Texans did anyone see the Pitt & New Eng Game, they showed everyone you can rush in the 3 4 dif.

Bengals suspect run D gets done in by Davis. Play Action works often for the Offense, and the Texans shut R. Johnson down.

Texans 21
Bengals 17

i agree with a lot of folks in here- texans in a 17-16 type game

Actually, we have heard the "still the Bengals" arguement from everyone we have played so far. While we are still the Bengals, we have not been the Bengals of old since the arrival of Marvin Lewis. This is not to say you can't win this game, just that this arguement can no longer be used as to why a team will win a game when playing against us. There are many, many logical football arguements that can be used but "still the Bengals" isn't one of them.

The Bengals have done more in the NFL then the Texans ever will.....period…
How many play off appearances do the Texans have?
How many supper bowls have the Texans bin in?
Who even plays for them other then the broken down Carr?

Rudi only has one touchdown this year. You have to do more than just stop him. You'll have to put a lot of pressure on Palmer and play a lot tighter on the receivers in the secondary.

Bengals still not that great. Chill out Cincy fans, your not going to the playoffs muchless 16-0. Don't get too excited about beating the Texans (if that happens...you never know) Go Texans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cincy fans Who are the Reds playing in the playoffs?

First of all learn to spell. supper bowls? bin in?
Second of all the Bengals don't have a great history of winning in the NFL.
going to the SUPERBOWL twice and losing to Joe Montana both times doesn't count as a great legacy.
Third Andre Johnson is better than Chad Johnson. Chad just has a big mouth, which he seems to put his foot in quite often.
What's Cincy's NBA team? What's the Reds record?

This is a dangerous game for the Bengals. We're 3-0, we're getting a ton of national attention, we're playing at home, and next week we play on national TV in what could be a battle of unbeatens against Jacksonville in the ESPN Sunday Night game. The Texans game has all the makings of a "let down" game for the Bengals. They could easily get caught looking ahead to the matchup with the Jags and get knocked off by Houston. But I don't think Marvin Lewis will let that happen. We've been down for way too long, and these guys are way too hungry to be overlooking anyone. I think we might start out slowly, but we'll come on strong before it's over.

Bengals - 31
Texans - 17

The other kitty kats lost to the Colts in week 2. But you guys could hype it as the "wrer, wrer, pfhhht, pfhhht bowl."

I'll say a 26-24 win with the the Bengals being surprised because they were underestimating who they were playing.

Riiiiiiight...as a Wildcard team, I would assume? Your team is not going to win a division that you share with the Steelers any more than the Texans will win a division shared with the Colts.

Face it, while the Texans might be down and out at the moment, you are raw meat to the Steelers.

You do realize how unlikely it is for a Wildcard team to make it to the Superbowl, much less win it, 'eh? :pigfly:

hey right now the fact that we score more than once a game has to be considered a good thing

Slow down a little bit there metalmike.

First off, I agree, learn how to spell.

Second, I agree again. We don't have a great NFL legacy, but a little more so than your Texans down. I'll even throw in the Oilers and the Bengals still have more of a history. Still, inconsequential.

Thirdly, you're WAAAAAY OFFFF saying Andre Johnson is better than Chad Johnson. I'm a diehard Bengals fan and I actually drafted AJ ahead of CJ three years in my dynasty fantasy league (Chad was available from the year before, Andre a rookie) and I've regretted it ever since. Look at the numbers since 2003. Just give 'em a peek. Other than AJ's game against Minnesota last year, he's basically done nothing to even warrant a discussion about this. I bought DirectTV for Sunday Ticket just so I could watch AJ on a regular basis since I loved him at Miami. Chad is sooooo much faster in and out of routes its' sick. He's got better hands, better moves, and adjusts to the ball better in the air. Watch his TD catches against the Steelers and Jets from last year. Rediculous!

Fourth, whats the Reds record you ask? The answer: 5 World Series Championships, Astros Zero. As far as the NBA goes, seriously who cares??

With that said, you guys do have the best logo in sports, but Bengals 38, Texans 6.

The Reds may not be in the playoffs this year but this is a football site. I guess you would understand this if you actually had a football team :yahoo: :tomato:
