Capers

I would think that Capers will begin to get alittle nervous about his job. Panic has obviously set in with the moves this week. McNair will make a move as the stadium starts to empty. Who will be the next head coach? I say Jimmy Johnson.

I know a lotta people would like to see Jerry Gray , current DC with Buffalo become the next HC here .... But I want to see a more offensive minded coach ....I'd take one from the Buffalo staff but it would be Sam Wyche .
He's a proven NFL head coach ... He could help Carr .... And we wouldnt see so much conservatism in the play calling ....

The only thing that concerns me with Gray is how well he will do with lesser talent. The Bills are loaded with quality players on defense, so really, how much can be attributed to him and his coaching?

I would love to see someone who knows how to be a QB and play the game. My choices would be either Sam or Tedford. Tedford says he doesn't want to leave Cal, but he would be a good young dynamic coach who knows how to teach and he plays to win. He also does it with a lot less talent than the other teams have. He does magic with QB's in college. He has a golden thumb in that regard.

My choice would be Kubiak, the OC for Denver. Former QB, QB coach and now an OC. I doubt he would be a turtle on offense. Wouldn't mind paying a few extra bucks to get the Defensive Coordinator for the Bills to be our DC, if he were willing. Probably not, but sometimes money talks.
