July 25:Houston Texans from the desk of the president

Thank you for your patience as we have worked through our collective bargaining issues the past few months. Also, thank you for the tremendous faith that you have shown in our ability to resolve these issues in a timely fashion. Because of your continued support, your Houston Texans are well prepared to enter training camp and begin the 2011 season. It’s time to get back to football and we are working diligently to make this season our best ever, both on and off the field.

Earlier today, the league announced details regarding the new Collective Bargaining Agreement which will allow us to begin the 2011 NFL season as planned. Please click here for additional information from the NFL.

As you probably know, this offseason we brought in Wade Phillips as our defensive coordinator, added other new members to our coaching staff and focused defensively with our top five draft selections. Our goal is to provide a defense which will deliver the same success that our offense has seen the past few seasons. We will welcome our players back later this week and begin preparations to realize our full potential on the field this Fall.

Off the field, we have made a number of significant investments and process changes to make your Reliant Stadium experience even better:

*Stadium Upgrades - We have invested millions of dollars on Stadium projects, including an upgrade of our televisions throughout the building. Starting this season, you will see wide-screen, high-definition televisions on the concourse, in the Club and in all suites.

*Free Ticket Forwarding - Starting this season we are offering the ability to forward your game tickets for free by going through our Account Manager system. When you can’t make a game, you can share tickets with friends without trips, stamps, or special delivery. Click here to access Account Manager. To log in, you will need to provide your account ID and password.

*Traffic and Parking - We have evaluated our traffic and parking process and worked hard to optimize it for 2011. We have new staff, new training and a new approach designed to provide you with a better arrival and departing experience. We have also added a QR code (barcode) to the back of every parking pass. We encourage you to use the QR code to receive real time traffic conditions each gameday to help you find the quickest route to the stadium.

*Texans Mobile App - Late last year, we launched the Texans Mobile App to provide up-to-date Houston Texans news at your fingertips. You can download the Texans Mobile App to your Blackberry/Android device on the Verizon network now by texting TEXANS to 8915. Features include team news and blogs, player/cheerleader photos, videos, gameday information and more. We will be making ongoing upgrades to this App to better serve you on gameday and every day.

While these improvements are significant, they are just a few of the initiatives we are deploying to ensure that your Reliant Stadium experience remains world-class. Please continue to share your feedback with us by either sending an email to fanfeedback@houstontexans.com or on gamedays text HOU to 78247 and we will respond immediately. Thanks again for your support and we look forward to seeing you soon. Now let’s get back to football!

Best Regards,

I can't tell. I was distracted by the giant nipple lol

After seeing player demands regarding practice during the lockout I'm beginning to think the players nipples somehow became more pronounced since last winter. Great news for Cushing but...........
