2010 Pass Blocking Efficiency: W Smith 3rd, Brisiel 14th in NFL

Interesting to see Alex Mack in his second year at Center for the Browns is listed at number 10 overall. And who says rookie O-linemen can't make an impact? Pouncey on the other hand is exposed for his weak pass protection by these numbers.

How do you have 782 pass blocking plays with 541 pass attempts (Green Bay)?

And how freaking stupid is it to do top and bottom 15's with a 32 team league?

I think this is some validation to what we already knew. Our big fellas had a helluva campaign last year. Viva la Brown-Smith-Myers-Brisiel-Winston!!!

Pass blocked for a good QB and run blocked for the leading rusher. Double trouble right there!

I guess I'm a little fuzzy in my thinking. Wade, Brisiel, Brown and Winston were all ranked in the top 15 at their respective positions. Myers was not. So compared with his peers at center, Myers' performance in pass blocking was, at best, average. To my fuzzy thinking, that makes him the weak link on the line in this area of line play.
