This is also a good time of the year to prepare Field Goal Kicker "battles." I mean, who needs to address that **** in the regular season anyways?

Unfortunately, that's the life of a Texans fan. It's a never-ending cycle. I always find a reason to fool myself into being optimistic during the off-season. But it sets me up for disappointment every season, and I never learn my lesson. This year, I've convinced myself that Wade Phillips is the answer to our defensive woes.

I've done the same thing. Every year I keep hoping something will happen, and it never does. This year Wade could be our ticket. Seriously, he's done it for others, why not us? Is this our year?

I do this to myself every year.

No ****. It's easy to be excited when you can't handle pressure and THERE IS NO PRESSURE.

I had yet another friend tell me tonight that it's likely the Lions will jump ahead of us and hit the playoffs before we do. Do you have any idea how freaking ABSURD that is? They were 0-16 a few years ago, and had zero talent!

Sorry crew, been out drinking and a little wound up and pissed off at the Texans. lol.

Short memory span is your enemy. It allows you to not learn from any mistakes and repeat the same bad behavior over and over. Short memory span is how Kubiak got an extension.

We should just de-certify and sue them for Unfair Posting Practices.

All I am asking is for them to open their books and show me Kubiak's past four years, and how it justifies them asking us to NOT hate on him.

If I get locked out, I will just go post at "the other board." My fans will follow me. All three of them.
