Here is a link to what Cleveland fans feel about palmer...

I think they at least give Carr some credit. He is a good QB and if he had a chance to grow out there then maybe we wouldn't be where we are. We can't get a serious look at him or Palmer as the OC because we have no line to block for the QB. I say we figure out how we can shore up that line and then worry about the rest.
 
The line is a reflection of Palmer and, as much as I have stood up for Carr, he has not shown that he is a "Good" quarterback.
 
For anyone that doesn't want to wade through that crazy forum, here are the replies:

Couch put up good numbers with little talent around him, but he took such a beating over his first 3 years that he became useless. When Holcomb was brought in and Davis got a taste of what he could bring to the game, Couch's ego got the best of him. Plus, Couch was terrible at reading defenses. Chris Plamer isn't a bad coach, but he isn't all that great either. It's just gonna take time with Carr."

Personally, I think any QB you throw behind our current OL will get the same treatment that Carr gets. Unless it's Mike Vick, and then he'll just get 200+ yards running per game.
