Troy Aikman is gay?

Are the two guys on American Pickers (the TV show) ghey?

My wife and I debate this one all the time.

As for Aikman, I dunno. The tabloids also say Kenny Chesney is ghey.

I dunno, but...

Aikman, Chesney, Tom Cruise, and John Travolta always have some kind of pick-up touch football game going on.

This seem like classic BS when it comes to people of note. Give me a break. I KNEW I was right when I hated the notion of being famous when I was younger.

This is so stupid. Skip Bayless wrote this when Troy first joined the Cowboys. The rumor and bs was there forever until he got married and had kids.

No he is getting a divorce and it resurfaces. Lame

Agreed.

I don't see it, and think it's just sensationalism.

The concept the tabloids use is the old "He doesn't do anything you would consider to be a "gay thing" so he just might BE gay and nobody knows it!"

I wouldn't think a football guy like Aikman is gay. I wouldn't think a country music star who is famous for his songs about cattin' around with the ladies is gay. Etc. Etc. So the premise they use, IMO, is that you'd be "shocked" to find out that the non-gay acting superstars are, indeed, gay.

Let me understand this, he is gay because he:

A: gets a divorce

B: makes a joke about taking a pill to make his junk bigger

C: Says he would do Dancing with the Stars

Well, I guess I better tell the wife we have a problem cause I've been divorced, want a pill to make my junk bigger and wouldn't mind being on Dancing With the Stars cause there are some fine ass women on that show....

guess by that criteria I'm gay too....that sucks...

I watched the Glee episode that came on right after the Super Bowl.

I'm just sayin'......

Arliss Michaels had an episode called My Job Is To Get Jobs (6/14/1998) that dealt with a gay QB . Some of those Arli$$ shows were really funny .

Yeah, it seems like typical "reaching" to me by the pathetic media that we have in this country.

A buddy of mine is a critic for the chronicle...and HATES that show. He says that he might have to turn in his 'gay card' if he's required to like that show.

I didn't care for it either. It was like High School Musical transformed into a soap opera. I can envision that the the following things are a recurring theme:

1. Sue acts like a jerk, belittles her cheer squad, and cracks dry humor jokes that are laced with pop culture references.

2. Somebody on the glee team gets bullied or has some other "big" problem, most likely one of the following: (a) Pregnant, (b) sexual orientation confusion, (c) dad's a boozer, (d) mom's on crack, (e) broke up with boy/girlfriend, etc.

What other recurring themes did I leave out? I've only watched one episode.

Do you know who Skip's original source was back when he was a Dallas writer? Barry Switzer. And even then it was just people talking. Skip is trash.

Personally I don't know why anyone really listens to ESPN anymore. I only turn it on that network when I have to for a game or for highlights in football season. Even for highlights ESPN sucks and shows very little. But as far as their shows where guys like Skip. Marriotti, or some other random talking head is on there I can't really listen to much of it. Half the time they get a guy like Skip just to act controversial and say things he doesn't believe to get the viewers discussing stuff like we are right now. The sad thing though is that ESPN controls the way many people think and view things in sports by the agenda they decide to push. If they want to make a guy a hated figure they easily can. If they want to make a guy a hero they easily can, because most people are to naive to see through the BS on ESPN. That network is a soap opera for sports.
