Focus on something positive:Texans Offense

Matt Schaub needs 113 yards passing against Jacksonville to become the fifth quarterback in NFL history to throw for at least 9,000 yards over two seasons.Foster is the leagues leading rusher.Johnson could of had another 1500 yd season if he did not get injured, and had 3 consecutive years straight.To me this says balance.It also tells me Kubiak will be fine as our coach if he is brought back as long as we have a proven dc.Wade Phillips will be fine.Heck if our defense was just 30 % better than it is now where would we be?(Maybe Playoffs)Kubiak has this offense under control.

Imagine what the offfense would be like if they were properly prepared for each game and actually played all 4 quarters instead of 2, and we had a HC that could manage the clock and had a 2 min offense.

Yes a DC that can actually coach the defense would be wonderful, but I don't think that a DC is the only problem the Texans have.

Even with a better denfese this year we still probably would be 8-8.

Agreed with all you say, except for the 8-8. With a better defense, I think we actually could have gone 10-6. But then again, karma was not on the Texans side. All those last second loses and last play of the game loses had to set some kind of NFL futility record.

What? The offense gets garbage stats. No denying we have some good players (a great one in AJ), but the offense is nothing special. Last year's O was excellent. This year the offense only goes ones the other team has a score lead.
