Nice to see the guys get some recognition. Foster behind MJD is a joke, though.

Pro Bowl means jack, but it's a small consolation for this shitty year, I guess.

Lol, at the Ravens game this guy that always sits in my section was yelling "LEEEEACCCCCCHHHHHH" and other Leach-related things for the entire 3rd and 4th quarters.

I'm so glad that Vonta made it to the Pro Bowl. Arian not being a starter is ridiculous though.

The most likely reason is that he has had success over a much longer period of time than Foster. Since their numbers are pretty close, I'm not surprised that it went that way.

Arian Foster actually led in fan voting iirc. Unfortunately for him, that only counts for 33%. Coaches and players obviously voted MJD over Foster for starting nod.

ummm.. the fans had arian #1. the coaches and players are the ones that made MJD the starter. not that it matters much

Congrats to all of them. Foster will be the #1 next year because i'm assuming the coaches are just giving it to MJD because he has paid his "dues" more then Arian has, but whatever. I'm more happy for Leach because he really wanted to make it.

I wouldn't consider their numbers pretty close. Arian has 100 more rushing yards, twice the receiving yards (600 v. 300) and more than twice as many TD's (16 v. 7).

I don't he deserved to be in place of any of the 3 QB's on the regular roster but don't think there is anything ridiculous about him being an alternate.

AJ was a given (imagine the season without the high ankle sprain). I think Foster should be the starter over MJD, but whatever. Maybe I am homer for AF, but MJD is deserving too.

Screw the Pro Bowl, I just hope they let the players who truly deserve it make it to the All-Pro teams. Lots of good rookies out there and some veterans that got snubbed for the Pro Bowl. Also, why the heck did Lance Briggs and Richard Seymour make it to the Pro Bowl? Why not Tamba Hali?

I don't understand how McCourty and Hall make the pro bowl? Redskins & Patriots are right there with the Texans as having the league's worst pass defense. It's like they just go check whoever has the most interceptions and put them on the squad?

Will, its sorta based on INTs and some on name recognition for those two guys, its also why Richard Seymour made it and as for Nnamadi Asomua who has like 15 tackles and that's it, just players fans know about.

My favorite part of the Pro Bowl is how DE's always beat their tackles and then intentionally whiff or run right by the QB.
