This Sunday without Texans football is strange.

This is a test Sunday for next yr when the lockout occurs.

I will be watching other games early and then going to a movie if my wife finishes a project that she's working on.

Maybe watch some enjoyable football. Perhaps a little online shopping and some work-homework as well. And if there's a lockout - meh, I watched some good college football yesterday, that'll hold me over while the billionaires and millionares squabble.

Rented the big chainsaw from The Home Depot. Nothing beats rudely disturbing my neighbors on a Sunday AM all just so I can have some firewood. That bugger is LOUD.

Fun fun!!

Seriously... sorry, neighbors. I feel bad for them cause I got about another 3-4 hours of buzzing to do.

I will spend some time with my son (watching a movie right now) and my wife is going out to a movie with her friend. She's enjoying this because I have to leave to watch the game and I'm home to stay with the kid today.

Getting a xmas tree then I have hockey practice. Should b a good day. Sundays r nice when there is no 4 o'clock (EST) heartbreak

Black Ops.
Fantasy Football Watching
Jags Tacks
Brats on the grill.
Not having the Texans spoil my Sunday.

Watching redzone and not having the aneurysm that typically comes with Sunday as a Texans fan. Seeing as how the Texans aren't going to the playoffs by any stretch of the imagination - I can just hope to see the tacks take a beating. Cheers!

Really? So loud you can hear it?

Well that part of your day is going well!!

Grilling beer brats with the neighbors, drinking beer, hoping our friend gets drunk and does something stupid so we can make videos and put them on YouTube, looking forward to Dexter, stressing over my fantasy football team, watching football.

Today, I feel like I've been released from prison. This must be what parole feels like. :specnatz:

I was texting with some buddies of mine about how it's kind of freeing and relaxing that the Texans aren't playing today. There's no stress. There's no nail-biting, no tense stomach muscles. It's nice.

Is that what it is? Whew, I thought I was sick...

Sleeping, going to work at 7p, baking cookies, playing with my poodle, finish some indoor decorating, ANYTHING BUT football!!

Hanging out at hospital with Aria, hoping to get discharged but not being able to because all the Drs are doing a transplant.

Priorities people!!

I took today off from football. I played some Civ V and watched some of my favorite Battlestar Galactica episodes. :)

I made venison stew it was delicious.... had to actually root for the cowboys... not even good stew can help that.....

I went to the Gun Show at the GRB where my dad bought himself a Springfield 1911 and I picked up some accessories for my AR-15. Also worked on Christmas lights in the front yard.

How do you like Civ V?
I love IV, but I don't have enough time to play so spending $50 for V doesn't make much sense.

I'm addicted to the Civilization games as well. I'm not sure if y'all have Xbox 360's or not.. but they have a really awesome Civilization game on there as well. I believe it's in the arcade. Tons of fun.

Totally not worth the money. Unless of course that black friday $30 deal is still hanging around somewhere.

It is a distinct departure from all previous Civ games and very much looks and plays like an unfinished product.

Civ V is VERY DIFFERENT from earlier Civ games. Yes, it's still the same old turn based strategy thing, but the game engine and much else is all different. All I can say is I've played every version of Civ since it was first released, and I like this one the best. But if you log onto a Civ site, not everyone agrees with me.

I took a gorgeous girl out to the Trans-Siberian orchestra after standard military christmas parties, and we had a complete blast. :cow:

I watched my roomate's dog chew on a rawhide bone for a while, did some Xmas shopping, watched my roomate's dog chase a squirrel up a tree when he was in the backyard, messed with my fantasy football team, watched my roomate's dog try to meet the lady labrador on the other side of the fence...

Yeah. That dog has more fun than I do!
