They start the season 3-1 and slide right back into the AFC South basement. The schedule gets brutal after next week’s game at the Jaguars. And you have to believe head coach Gary Kubiak is fighting for his job at this stage. Even with the DeMeco Ryans(notes) injury, this team is too talented to be 4-4 at the midway point. I’d pay the price of admission to see what Tony Dungy could do with this team.

It was mentioned on ESPN too. Mike & Mike were talking about coaches in trouble and touched on the Texans saying if they miss the playoffs Kubes could be gone.
 
I would jump on the TOny Dungy Bandwagon this guy won like 1 Zillion Games : )

and if we go 8-8 or 9-7 i think Kubes stays just saying

That actually would not be a bad thing. Especially since he wouldn't require us to change players on defense with his Tampa 2 D.
