Death to Google Ads! Texans Talk Tip Jar! 🍺😎👍
Thanks for your support!

Well, just as I suspected....

That "Players Only" meeting did absolutely nothing. Antonio Smith, who lead the meeting, jumped offside all night. Pollard got abused by a TE that nobody had even heard of until tonight. and on top of all that, Kubiak out coached himself out of a win by throwing the ball after Foster torched this same Colts team for 231. He had 8 carries for 65 yards and they stop running...

All talk, no walk...4-4 here come the Texans....

AND on top of that, Cush obviously wasn't ready for the responsibilities of defensive captainn; his D. Just look at how many time Peyton called play changes at the line, and the ZERO adjustments by defensive line. It appeared at a few points that Cush may have tried to call a few, but no one listened...... not a good night.

Typical Peyton ********* clinic on how football is played.

The D played halfway decent except for piss poor tackling.

If we had a consistant QB we could have dominated this game.

Unbelievable, we get a running game and the passing game goes to sh*t........

I just can't take this team anymore they are freaking killing me.

Well, in the defenses defense, the Colts only scored ten points in the first half. The offense just sucked and continues to suck going into the second half. I wonder what would have been if Kubiak had done what everyone thought we were going to do and run the damn ball until the Colts figured out a way to stop it. Kubiak is NOT a good HC. Tried defending him before, but I'm sick of seeing that fool on the sidelines for the Texans.

umm we are 4-3

and Pollard it was a fun ride but man Hit the bench and get CUT

same with Knuckle Head

Schaub was not at fault today. David Carr had a better O-Line than Schaub did tonight.

Kubiak made stupid play calls (did we not go for it on 3rd and 9 with under 5 minutes left, no secondary, and down by 13?!?!!).

The defense played well the first half. If our offense had stayed on the field the Defense could have rested.

One bright spot. Eugene Wilson wants his job back.

Um after this Sunday against SD, they will be 4-4 and sinking faster in the AFC South than the Titanic did after hitting an iceberg

Short week remember...

8-8 :texflag:

Naaa i still have faith come on guyz this is the COlts .............. u know its the colts They never lose

They do when you run the ball down their throat and keep #18's ass on the sideline...

If they get to 8-8 it will be sheer luck. You could not have asked for the Colts to be served up on a silver platter anymore than tonight. No Dallas Clark, Collie, both CBs were hurt, both safeties and it wasn't even close....

its manning man its manning GOAT :texflag:

Our defense held them to 23. That's really not bad with the Colts. The corners made several plays on the ball too. Our defense really wasn't terrible. Our offense needs to play BOTH halves. You can't beat Peyton coming from behind.

Defense played well.

At some point the opponent has to get credit.

Offense let me down. Not nearly enough punch. Poor execution. Questionable play calling to start the game.

I just HATE how we won't run the freakin' ball! Its the only way to slow down their pass rush, and we didn't do nearly enough of it. I think everybody in the world knows this except for our coaches.

Who would have thought that Pollard all of sudden would become this glaring weakness?

The D line played decent when they were not jumping off sides and the CB's played bad/decent. I say bad/decent because considering how they have played in prior games and going against the best QB in the NFL they played about how expected.

Cushing did not seem to know how to run the D and Pollard is costing us points in the passing game.

I do not understand why Kubiak would punt it down by 2 scores with 5 minutes to go, that drove me crazy! I do not want him fired though, many games are still to be played.

Brown sucked so bad it knocked our entire offense off groove, not enough time to let the play develop.

I will end with the good:
Foster had some great cuts and played consistent.
AJ is a warrior and after a terrible loss such as this one still makes me proud to be a Texans fan...he is that good even when hurt.

I don't know if I would say the defense played well.

Poor tackling on many plays led to 4-5 more yards.

There either was no pass rush and Manning had time to find an open receiver or there was a good rush, but he got the ball out of his hands as soon as it was in there and completed a pass to an open guy because we like to play 10 yards back.

I didn't see any intensity with the defensive line this time around.
