Will KEYE show the Texans @ Redskins game?

Good news: CBS has both games on this week, and the tits are playing at noon.

Potential Bad news: KEYE's website is showing both slots as TBA.

I am hoping that do what's right here and show the Texans in Austin this comming Sunday but I am nervous they'll show the NYJ/NE game.....

Might be time to ready the emails just in case :texflag:

Of course they will. As long as the Texans are winning they will show the Texans. Also they are playing the Cowboys rival.

For what it's worth, the Time Warner On Screen Menu show's:

12:00 Dolphins vs Vikings
3:00 Texans vs Redskins

I would be shocked if they don't change Dolphins/Vikes to Steelers/Titans.

At least we don't have to sweat next week, when we host the Cowgirlys

Web site still says TBA. I envy your trust level in a TV station that has jobbed Texans fans over and over and over again. Last year, even when we were winning, didn't the Titans still get put on instead of us once or twice?

My memory may be fuzzy on that and just blurring all the years since his majesty VY went into the NFL and KEYE has bent Texans fans over...

Never, ever trust KEYE until you have them email you or you see it on there web site. I have seen before that the Texans are on the on screen menu...then lo and behold it's the hootinianies.

My cable provider's TV listings show the Texans-Redskins game on KEYE at 3:15 on Sunday.

There's no chance they switch to the Pitt/VYU game. The Texans are coming off a big win and they're playing an NFC East team, which is always of interest to Cowboys fans.

The Titans play their game at 12:00 so they could possibly be the early game. The Oakland & Denver games should be on Fox since they're both playing NFC opponents at home, so the only competition for the 3:00 PM CBS games will be Jacksonville @ San Diego & New England @ New York. The Patriots & Jets should be an interesting game, but I don't see that game getting picked up ahead of the Houston @ Washington in the Austin area.

They aren't showing the game in DFW? Lame. Hopefully it changes by Sunday. Have no idea why New England at Jets would be shown in DFW. Houston (in-state rival) and Washington (division rival) seems like it would be the more logical choice.

There is something going on in Dallas. For whatever reason it's like the Texans are always being blocked up there. This isn't the first time I have seen the entire state have the Texans except Dallas. You wonder if Jerry Jones has something to do with it. Just look at the map, all of Texas has the Texans, even north of Dallas. Dallas is just a red blob in a sea of blue. This just confirms my suspicion that Dallas is really a part of Oklahoma that is surrounded by Texas.

Another surprise is KEYE is going with Brett Favre over VYU in the early game. However the Houston affiliate is showing VYU.

It's a Jerry Jones thing and it's been going on for years.

It must be. It makes too much logical sense to show the Texans (team the Cowboys play the week after) at Redskins (long-time Cowboys division rival) for Jerry Jones to show it. Why the Dallas market will opt for the Patriots at the overrated Jets (two teams the Cowboys don't play this year) is beyond me.
