Remember last year's draft when the Raiders drafted that safety in the second round and everyone was like... WTF?

Well, the Raiders' coaches wanted to cut him this year but Al Davis over-ruled them.

What sucks is that there was a safety they wanted to keep that they had to let go. They bring the guy in, tell him he's made the team, and then cut him. That is the suxors.
 
Al Davis is a tired, old, sad joke. And it looked like maybe he was coming to his senses after this years draft. Raider fans have my sympathy.
 
I feel sorry for Raider fans. Maybe Roger Goodell could step in and tell Al Davis that he's become a senile ***** and the joke of the NFL.

No offense taken. I read about this the other day and it really ticked me off. The coaches were really high on Safety Stevie Brown. I guess Al doesn't want to admit he was wrong (again), he's a stubborn old man. It took him 3 years too long to finally realize/admit Jamarcus was a bust :brickwall:. I'm just hoping we don't end up regretting this move, if Brown becomes a star in the future, especially on another team in the AFCW it will pretty much tarnish what little reputation Al has left (GM-wise anyway).
