only 5% think DD leads all RBs in recieving

I can not believe that after last seasons performance, so few people think DD has a shot at leading all RBs at recieving. he is always available for dump offs. and as successful as those plays were, i dont think the Texans will stray away from that this season.

ye i noticed that a bit ago too, whats up with LT so far on top?? Last I checked the only 2 major receiving backs were davis and westbrook.

well LaDanian did have 100 catches 2 years ago so i do understand that, and i would also reasonably understand westbrook, but DD led AFC RBs in receiving yards last year so ye deserves to be atleast second or 3rd.

He also missed some games and had a very slow start. I think if it was not for that, DD would have led the league in receptions and yards for backs. Unless of course teams would have focused all attention to DD in the backfield, but then of coarse, AJ might hace broken some records.

Teams pretty much give us that dump pass. It keeps Dom in front of them and he rarely breaks one off from the pass. Teams zone us and give us yards in-between the 20's. We have to find a way to get beyond that.

I voted in that poll for LT based on the 100 reception year. Besides...I really hope DD doesn't have too many receptions (50+) this season. AJ and the other receivers need those catches to make DD get 1400-1500 rushing yards.

I dont think it would be the best thing for the team if Davis leads all running back in receiving cause that means a few things:

(1) Carr has no time to throw
(2) Carr's read is still: AJ deep, Davis dump
(3) Gaff, Bradford, Mathis are non-factors
(4) The TE doesnt get involved so the running game isnt going to get help
(5) Morency (which would suck for Vinny and all of his fantasy leagues), Wells and Hollings are non-factors in the backfield

If Davis leads all RBs in receiving, we arent going to the playoffs

I voted for Westbrook because he already goes out and plays WR some plays and you dont know how effective the T.O./McNabb combo is going to be...

The top 5 in no particular order will be Barber(NYG), Davis(HOU), Holmes(KC), Tomlinson(SD), and Westbrook(PHI).

Minnesota RB's get a lot of catches, but they use a lot of backs.

Tampa Bay's Cadillac Williams will get a lot of catches if he doesn't split time with Michael Pittman.

Exactly...
Teams game around AJ not DD
