Texan O & D Lines

From Randy Hill, columnist for Fox Sports on why the Texans won't make the super bowl this year....Houston Texans: I've only written about 12 lines that qualify as worse than those the Texans trot out on both sides of the ball.

Mostly what he does is make smart AZZ remarks about all the teams. No real thought or insite.

I certainly hope Capers & Co. take full advantage of the situation and use this as prime Bulletin Board material in the locker room.

Even though the jaquars on is about 10 years to late to be relevant, it still is funny. But the Patriots one is dumb.

Nobody cares what Randy Hill says. If the team is motivated by this they are in serious trouble.

Never heard of Randy Hill, hey me neither, he's a total nobody as far as I'm concerned. But everyone in the NFL has heard of this nobody's employer,
FoxSports. Don't they have something to do with telecasting sports events during the Fall on Sunday afternoons ? And if that doesn't get the lineman fired up, the coaches can tell them Vincent said it, every member of both lines will be devastated if they hear that's his evaluation of their abilities.

Teams don't use fox sports or any national news for motivation. Most of them don't think they know what they are talking about in the first place.

In a twist of irony, all of his 12 lines worse than Houston's O and D appeared in this very article...

One thing that jumps out at me, though, is the propensity for the national media to put the NFC first in articles like this despite recent AFC domination...

Nah, you see these guys got real healthy egos to go along with those fat
Balance Sheets and they like to see themselves and hear their names on TV,
especially national TV. They see or hear something about a national media
source like ESPN, Fox Sports, etc. dis'n one of their respective units, its gets
their attention.
