Here is my complete mock draft, feel free to comment or rip it apart 
1.) St. Louis Rams – Sam Bradford, QB
After spending draft picks on defensive linemen, I don’t see any logical reason fro drafting another defensive linemen, no matter how good Suh or McCoy may be. Bradford has injury issues, but if he checks out okay physically then Bradford makes more sense. Clausen has a diva-like attitude and I have a hard time seeing him become the leader in the locker room.
2.) Detroit Lions – Ndamukong Suh, DT
Jeff Backus needs to be pushed inside to the guard position and another offensive tackle needs to be drafted. However, there is no NFL-ready offensive tackle available IMO (no Jake Long or Ryan Clady here) and with Schwartz being a defensive-minded coach, Suh is the perfect player for the Lions.
3.) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Gerald McCoy, DT
The Buccaneers will be ecstatic if McCoy falls to them at # 3. The Bucs need a defensive tackle who can fit their Tampa 2 scheme, McCoy is the perfect player who combines speed and quickness, something the Bucs have not had sense the days of Warren Sapp.
4.) Washington Redskins – Russell Okung, OT
Mike Shanahan will probably give Jason Campbell a chance to prove himself, and I see no reason in drafting another quarterback as Campbell has the skills to lead this franchise. With Chris Samuels retiring, Okung is a must as he can takeover from day one and protect Campbell’s blind side.
5.) Kansas City Chiefs – Bryan Bulaga, OT
The Chiefs need to draft an offensive tackle and slide Braden Albert back to his college position to guard. By fixing the offensive line, the Chiefs will give Matt Cassel the protection he needs to make plays down the field.
6.) Seattle Seahawks – Jimmy Clausen, QB
I’m not a big fan of Clausen, but with Pete Carroll taking over as head coach and Matt Hasselbeck aging, Clausen is the pick as the Hawks’ need someone to take over the franchise once Matt hangs his helmet up.
7.) Cleaveland Browns – Eric Berry, S
Eric Berry falling out of the top five is insane, but if the draft falls the way it does then Berry will slide. The Browns have a ton of picks so it only makes sense to go with the Best Player Available. Berry will provide them with a dominate playmaker in the secondary who can support the run and grab INTs.
8.) Oakland Raiders – Bruce Campbell, OT
It’s hard to guess who the Al Davis Raiders will take but given that good ol’ Al has spent draft picks on safeties in the past I think its time he takes an offensive tackle to protect whoever is under center. Campbell ran a fast 40-Yard dash at the combine and I can already imagine Al Davis salivating over Campbell’s physical abilities.
9.) Buffalo Bills – Dan Williams, NT
The Bills have a lot of needs but switching to the 3-4 scheme, they need a solid nose tackle to build around. Dan Williams can play the nose position but will require a lot of attention and coaching as he has a tendency to slack off. However, you can’t pass up his skills and physical capability.
10.) Jacksonville Jaguars – Jason Pierre-Paul, DE
Even with the signing of Aaron Kampman, the Jaguars need another pass rusher and Pierre-Paul can become a pass rushing nightmare with coaching. Del Rio is a defensive minded-coach who can motivate Pierre-Paul to reach his potential. Paul is a high risk-high reward type of guy but it’s worth the risk.
11.) Denver Broncos – Dez Bryant, WR
Regardless of who is under center, the Broncos need a go-to WR and Bryant is that man. Yes, he is not the most polished route runner and he has issues off the field but at 6’2” 225-lbs with quickness and overall athletic ability, Bryant is too good to pass.
12.) Miami Dolphins – Terrence Cody, NT
The Phins’ need a nose tackle and Mt. Cody can certainly fill that role. He is big and can "eat" up opposing linemen and keep the linebackers free.
13.) San Francisco 49ers – Joe Haden, CB
The 49ers need some youth in their defensive secondary and Joe Haden is one of the top CBs in the draft. He has the height, weight, and speed combo you need in a CB and he can start from day one and replace Walt Harris.
14.) Seattle Seahawks – Trent Williams, OT
Walter Jones will end up retiring and the Seahawks need to shore up their offensive line. Trent Williams can takeover for Jones and become there franchise left tackle while Sean Locklear plays the right tackle spot. With two tackles in place, the Seahawks can move forward in the draft.
15.) New York Giants – Rolando McClain, ILB
The Giants need help on defense…fast! Defensive tackle is a need as well as linebacker so McClain gets the nod. IMO, he is the most NFL-ready player in the draft and should be a stud at MLB.
16.) Tennessee Titans – Derrick Morgan, DE
17.) San Francisco 49ers – Mike Iupati, OG
18.) Pittsburgh Steelers – C.J. Spiller, RB
19.) Atlanta Falcons – Sean Weatherspoon, OLB
20.) Houston Texans – Earl Thomas, FS
21.) Cincinnati Bengals – Taylor Mays, SS
22.) New England Patriots – Jared Odrick, DE
23.) Green Bay Packers – Kyle Wilson, CB
