They come a week before the event.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU MOVE considering you order them a year before they ship....

I updated my Ticketmaster billing address on their website. This did NOT change the billing address associated with my order. I had to call them and got transferred several times and was on the phone a long time before someone claimed they could make sure the tickets got shipped to my current address and not the previous.

Kinda' a joke, but what customer service is not these days?
 
Ticketmaster now says they have been printed and mailed. They have a link to track the tickets - but no numbers to make that possible. Sigh. I guess this is one of those have faith kinds of things.

Suite 16 and Elite 8.

Mine were suppossedly delivered to my house yesterday - but we didn't seem them.

Gawd why do I think they screwed up.

Final 4 and the championship game will be here April 2 and 4 2011 :)

Suite 16? Is that at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel Cabanas?
