Kindle over Weatherspoon? Colt Mccoy seriously? Damien Williams belongs in the list of WR, I would put him at #2. Bruce Williams belongs in that list of tackles.
 
It looks like its coming down to Dan Williams, Kyle Wilson, Patrick Robinson & Earl Thomas, most definetly defense with the 1st pick again. Dwyer would be a good get if he lasts until 2nd? I'd give him a mid 2nd grade, the teams just ahead don't really need a RB that bad so maybe, if not Ryan Matthews or Toby Gerhart :)

I think both Demaryius Thomas and Damian Williams both belong in the top 5 ahead of Benn, who is still living off his HS recruiting hype, and McCluster (who I think should be classified as a RB)

I reckon he's got Kindle that high due to the 3-4 defense. I think he'll beast as a 3-4 OLB.

Do you mean Bruce Campbell OT- Maryland?
 
I realize that the NFL draft is more about measurables and upside. But, I tend to lean toward players who were productive in college. And I find it difficult to believe there will be 5 DTs out of this draft better than Brian Price. Or 5 WRs better than Jordan Shipley. Maybe Price is a one trick 3 technique pony. But, that's a helluva trick he has. And if you like Wes Welker, you should love Jordan Shipley.

I don't understand the lack of buzz on Shipley either. What I do know is the wolf in New England is holding a bag full of #2's. Eldeberry, Eldeman what ever, had a pretty good game against us. If production in college means anything , you'd think a guy who can work under neath, runs good routes and make a good target in the seems of a zone might be worth a little something to his quarterback.

I'm amazed at Zierlein's apparent dislike for Price as well. In his most draft blog I specifically asked him about Price and he seemed pretty ambivalent. LZ's mentioned more than once that he's just beginning his process, so I'm thinking that he hasn't come around on some players simply because he hasn't studied them fully.

I thinking around March we'll see Zierlein start to come around on the Prices and BayBay Thomases of the world.

I think its his age - He was at UT for 6 seasons if I have my facts right - one redshirt season followed by a medical redshirt season.

I think you are right. I always think it is funny when people act like there is a huge difference between 24 and 21 or 22 when discussing prospects.

If you think the younger guy may have more potential to improve then that is one thing, but I think a lot of people confuse potential with age and think that a younger guy will always have more potential than an older guy. I disagree.
 
I think McCluster is underrated alot because of his size. but then again so was DeSean Jackson coming out. if Dexter drops to our pick in the second round i wouldn't mind at all picking him up. he'd return kicks and be a dynamic slot guy.

If they lose Walter, that may become an option. Relieve Jacoby Jones of his return duties and let him concentrate on being the full time #2 WR with Martinez. Give McCluster six to ten touches or so per game. If they take a RB first round then there is no way.

If he is there in the 4th or 5th round I would be happy with him. It'd be interesting to see what he could do with all the opportunities that Anderson gets, not that I don't like Anderson.
