Ahh the Green Bay game.

What a heartbreaker.

A great game however, I will never forget that one.

David Carr had so many excuses, really shows you what kind of leader he was...a nice guy but not a leader.

Also, AJ has been a beast for a while now and he showed it in the GB game!
 
Watching "Houston Texans: Birth of the Texans" right now, pretty interesting since I'm not all too familiar with the Texans before Slaton.
 
Watching that 2004 Texans/Packers game is just creepy. Ahman Green gets hurt twice in that one and doesn't make it to the end of the game. Same thing we got out of him when he got here. David Carr is just brutal to listen to in this. He's miked up and its like everything he says just sounds so hollow and weak. There's a shot in the first half where he's on the sideline talking to somebody about having to dump it off that just makes you smile and another shot where he's asking Gaffney what kind of coverage he's getting and you just know it's because he hasn't even so much as looked Jabar's way once.
 
It's a shame because when you look at how Jabar's career went after he left, he actually has been a decent receiver. Makes you wonder what amount of production he could've had with a better QB during his years here.

man, reminds me of many moons ago when I made a comment about how Carr didn't come across as a leader when he was miked up and every homer like Ibar Harry and Hulk75 screamed about how much their peepee hertz.
