What was the play of the game?

For me it was when Mario sacked Tom Brady. It gave us the ball back and helped us win the game. It was so at the right time. All day long I kept hollering "Where's Mario?" He showed up at the right time.

The one where Schaub came back on the field and just forgot all about that pick 6 (that obviously wasn't his fault). :bravo:

I think the sack that gave us the ball back and the chance to tie. Our offense had barely been stopped all day and you had the feeling if we could get a stop we could tie it up. That is the type of plays that pro bowl DEs make.

Pollard's fumble recovery in the end zone for 6. Got the fans back in the game and let NE know we would not lay down and die!

The foster TD where he drug a pile 3 yards into the end zone. That whole series was just awesome.

I want to get this off my chest without having to start a new thread.

In the past, I've always given Brady the benefit of the doubt on some of these calls he pleads for, and gets . That said, what he did after Barwin shoved him after he threw the ball was just flat out despicable. I understand the NFL wants to protect the QB. Although hesitant, I also understand why Manning goes fetal when he knows he's about to get sacked. But watching Brady plead for a call and getting in Barwins grill after merely a shove is ridiculous.

I still respect Brady's ability to play QB, but he's now just a huge PUH C to me now.

IMO, for now on, any QB that attempts to take advantage of these borderline panzy rules will then be dubbed a PUH C by HOU-TEX from there on out. Not that that means much.

/End HOU-TEX's random observation/

Amen brother!

I would also like to add Jacoby Jones 13 yard reception on 3rd and 12 to keep our tying drive alive. Especially after he caused that interception.

We had just been denied on the Goal Line. A bunch of goofy play calls. The fans were tired of it.

This game was all but over.

Antonio Smith getting to the ball carrier & forcing that fumble, & for the first time all year, having some one there to pounce on it.

Definitely the play of the game.

Definitely.

I wish you had started a thread on it because I've got something to say about it too!

We've all seen Brady's puny body from the combine pictures. Dude has to be one of the weakest men playing today. Connor Barwin was drafted in the 2nd round for being a freak. How quickly did Brady McPantiesInABunch turn and hide when none of his big OL came to the rescue?

The little girl-esque way he thinks the refs can only hear him is pitiful. If Brady wants to jump up and try to squeeze a call it wouldn't be the first time or the first time he gets the call. Fine, whatever, we all know you're a pansy anyway. The "NO! It's my turn to talk" childish **** is embarassing for men everywhere.

The strip/recovered TD was my play o de game.

All of these many plays being mentioned are excellent candidates for "the play of the game" but I'd like to mention a "moment of the game" that I enjoyed a great deal.

Does anyone remember when Brady got pushed to the ground by (I think) Barwin just as he released the ball and then got up steadily bitching to the official standing by him BUT DIDN'T GET A FLAG because frankly it wasn't much of a hit?

I loved that moment. It seems like week after week, year after year I see opposing defenses getting away with crap on Schaub after he releases the ball and we rarely seem to draw the flag. At least once or twice a year I watch Peyton get a flag thrown to shut him up when a Texan makes the mistake of putting a hand on him and wrinkles his skirt. Brady not getting what I consider preferrential treatment was a really enjoyable moment.

Best play for the Texans was 3rd and 12 at the NE 26, down by 7 with 6-7 minutes left. An incompletion puts you in a K. Brown/Need a TD decision. Schaub throws a dart perfectly to the right sideline to AJ for 15. That play won the game in my book. If the drive stalls, I think NE wins.

Wow, your mom told people they were pussified?:)

:spit: Nah, my Mom's too sweet to do that. I was meaning the "he should be ashamed of himself" comment.

Barwin impressed me by not retaliating. Trust me when I say, I would've double *****-slapped him so hard his ears would be ringing for weeks.

Freakin panzy ass makes McLady look like an ironman
