I doubt they would have seen this on their own. The Texans would have to complain, they would have to investigate... then they would fine.

I'm going to go back to that game, & see what happened afterwards. I just watched this game... really good game.. & I didn't notice that play.
 
I'm not surprised; that guy plays dirty all the time. I would be shocked if he didn't do that. Thing is, we need to go after him first, not just let him get the first shot in.
 
Finnegan is talented (not near as talented as he and some folks think he is), but pretty much just a punk.
