The Rams must be tossing everything overboard in a race to beat Tampa Bay to Ndamukong Suh.

That's not just relevant because we play them this weekend, but also because it puts a starting guard in free agency. You think this guy plays too dirty to be worth evaluating? He has a pretty bad on-field history.

Im all for some nasty trench guys. I say bring him in for a look.

My brother is, and God only knows why, a Rams fan. So Im exposed to far too much Ramness. Ramnitude. Whatever.

Anyhow...I think he's more trouble than he's worth. Decnt guards who dont draw lots of 15 yard penalities by being idiots arent the hardest thing to find in the NFL.

My condolences about your brother.

From Wikipedia:

On November 4, 2009, Sports Illustrated polled 296 NFL players and found Richie Incognito to be the seventh dirtiest player in the NFL behind players such as Hines Ward, Albert Haynesworth, and Joey Porter, [9] a distinction stemming from multiple on the field incidents over the years that have resulted in numerous personal fouls and fines. In one such game on Oct. 12, 2008, against the Washington Redskins, Richie was fined $35,000, eight thousand dollars more than his game check, for three separate in-game incidents that included a personal foul for “repeated verbal abuse of a game official”, a major facemask penalty, and an illegal chop block.

The altercation against the Titans helped get him cut. If he came here, he'd get a chance twice a year to mix it up with them!

he doesn't have both oars in the water. I think he is honestly bonkers.

I think that's the part I find appealing. Good thing I'm not a GM anywhere.

He would fit in perfect with our current o-line, they have been Incognito as an NFL o-line all year.

released by Rams who the Texans play this weekend. three words - pick him up :rake:

nasty attitude, frustrated player who was released not because he can't play but because he can't control his temper, raking up penalty yards. Texans could use the nasty flair on the OL inside. maybe he just needs a change of scenery like Pollard did in KC?

He was a 3rd rd. pick in 05 out of Nebraska where he played Center @ 6032 324 lbs. He has played RG in the NFL but could be an excellent prospect to move in & replace Myers @ the point, he is someone who can handle those big powerful nose tackles.

We need more sloppy, undisaplined players...? No thanks. Nasty is fine, but stupid is bad.

Here's a nice pic of what some Rams fans think of good ol' Richie...

Doesn't seem like we're missing out on anything by not picking him up.

Buffalo Bill linebacker Kawika Mitchell wasn't too thrilled about his team's recent signing of offensive lineman Richie Incognito. The Bills signed Incognito, who was released by the St. Louis Rams earlier this week, to help bolster their depleted offensive line. Kawika Mithcell, who is currently on injured reserve, took to Twitter to voice his displeasure about the potential of playing with Incognito, who is widely considered to be one of the dirtiest players in the NFL.

Here are the Kawika Mitchell Twitter messages about Richie Incognito

Bills guard Richie Incognito, two days after Buffalo claimed him off waivers from St. Louis, has been fined $50,000 for two unnecessary roughness penalties from last week's Rams-Titans game, sources told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen.

Incognito, 26, was benched in the second half of the 47-7 loss after the fouls, both of which were for head-butting.

"Future infractions of the types you have committed may lead to increased disciplinary action up to and including suspension," stated a letter from NFL executive vice president of football operations Ray Anderson to Incognito, according to NFL.com.

Named the dirtiest player in the NFL earlier this year by The Sporting News, Incognito also was benched after drawing two personal foul penalties in a season-opening 28-0 loss at Seattle. Incognito, who started 44 games for the Rams, is considered a solid run-blocker at 6-foot-3, 324 pounds.

"I have a reputation around the league for being a less than model citizen," Incognito said Wednesday in reply to some harsh words from his new teammates....
