I just came back from the game.
1. Kris Brown has a strong leg (although he seems to have lost his accuracy), but on kickoffs he seldom makes it into the end zone. The only reason I can come up with is to try to get turnovers on runbacks. But we havent had an elite special teams for a while, and the short kicks seem to lead to better opposition field position more often than not. A coaching decision?
2. At the end of the 1st half, having 2 timeouts left, and still letting the clock run down to :01 while only hurried running up the middle plays. I had one of those WTF moments. A coaching decision?
3. There was a play in the 3rd Q where the Seahawks player blatantly was losing the ball before he hit the ground and fumbled it. But it was given back to the Seahawks. The replay on the Big Board made it quite obvious...............and there was no red flag challenge. A coaching decision?
I welcome any comments to clarify these situations.
