What kind of fan am I?

I have spent some time this year contemplating what kind of fan I am. Am I a hardcore fan? Am I a knowledgeable fan? Am I a bandwagon jumper? Am I a combination of these?

I was recently traveling when an attractive blond sat next to me. I noticed she had a Texans shirt on, so I casually inquired if she was a fan of the team. We then had a short conversation. I wont retype all of it, but her tone and content made me wonder about what kind of fan she was and by comparison what kind of fan I was.

Basically she talked about how much she "HATED" Peyton Manning and that she "HATED" Dallas, "HATED" the ************* referees who cost us the Indy game, etc.

As I listened to her she kept saying how various entities screwed the Texans and how much she hates certain teams/players.

Personally, I don't hate other teams or Peyton. I respect Peyton and think he is a fantastic QB. I do not hate him, but I also do not cheer for the guy. Same thing with the Cowboys or Titans or any other team. I do not HATE teams or players. I am indifferent towards most and dislike others.

I also came to realize I have not spent very much money on the team. I have 1 red hat and beanie(I bought together on ebay for $5) and a White 02 Jersey (that I got for $5). Thats the extent of my Texans merchandise. I also go and watch the team most weekends at the bar, but I just use the money I would have used for Saturday night dinner at that time, so its not an additional expense. Most times I get food and drink for around $15(including tip). So, like I said, my expenses as compared to others is quite small.

So, given all this info, what kind of fan am I and what kind of fan is she?
 
I can't answer the question.. not enough info. Do you give a **** if the team wins or loses?

If your answer is yes... then you're a real fan, and none of that other stuff matters.
 
If you consume one team's content (all channels and formats) the majority of the time then you are a fan of that team. It's science.

Do i give a ****? I would say that I want the team to win every game and to not lose a single game. I am happy when they win and it disappoints me when they lose.

That said, I see there is more to life than football, so I don't take losses hard nor am I too jubilant over wins. I see football as one aspect (a small one) of my life.

What kind of fan am I?

1. When I see the Texans Logo I want to tack the person next to me.

2. When we score I high five the person next to me and try to tear there arm off.

3. When opponent scores my eyes bleed.

4. When we when I hit the strip club and celebrate.

5. When we loose I still hit the strip club to help make me feel better.
