Is anyone else watching the NFL Europe game Rhine vs. Cologue? Because I am and Evans(68) is dominating the dudes he is playing against. He also seems to be a favorite of the cominatators, they talked about him listening to his ipod and how much he wieghed when he was born, something like 12lbs and 5 ounces. They also showed how big his hands were compaired to a normal dude's hand and his hands were like twice the size of the other guys.

I actully saw him sunday and he was a monster i loved his emotion he played hard the whole game. I have to say it .....no no i have to "I am a Bubba Evans Fan. .....Whew that felt good. I predict he will start in the next three years

He is a former Coog making a splash across the pond....this will be his second season with the Texans....so it is different than a no-name coming out of NFLE.

Yeah i was watching that guy and he is a beast. The commentators said that he can incline bench press 550 lbs. That is insane! I wanna see Evans play with the big boys over here, and see how good he is.

Does anyone think that he has a chance to take over when Wiegert retires? I mean at 6'4" 356lbs it seems that he could he an absolute mauler in the running game.

He didn't as have as good of a game as he did last week, but he did own a couple of the thunder's linemen. He is a good run blocker, he regularly had the guy he was going against 5 of 6 yards off the line of scrimage regularly.

So how did big Evans look today
This was by far the worst I have seen of him. It looked like he took a few plays off early in the game, but once he got going he was solid. One play when his QB got sacked, he held his block and was not pushed back at all. Unfortunately, he left a huge hole when the rest of the O-linemen dropped back in normal pass coverage. It seems like he is great when on an isolation block, but when he has to help another O-lineman with a block, he seems to have problems. Maybe he has a problem with recognizing that his teamate needs help.

the fact that our 3rd string QB is tearing up the world league just shows how bad the talent is in the league. all these guys have some sort of problem in their game, thats why they're playing the world league. sure, maybe a few guys make it to the nfl and start, but most of them don't. i was surprised at how many fans actually show up to the games considering how many europeans aren't fond of "american" football.

maybe instead of a negative comment like that you could say that he has alot of talent and might one day be a starter elsewhere or be a really great backup to david carr. im really starting to like the fact we sent him over there. his mobility and accuracy and touch has looked pretty good in the games ive seen him in.

the fact that he is a 3rd stringer is irrelevant because the backup spot to carr is not set in stone.

if im not mistaken, ragone was sent across the pond to get more playing time under his belt to challenge banks for the number 2 spot or trade bait (i would be a little dissapointed to see him go though). dont remember hearing about how bad he was and that he would probably not make it in the nfl.

A 3rd string player in the NFL is still one of the best altheltes in the world. To say that the talent in the World Leage is bad is totally incorrect. These players are on par with at least 70% of the NFL players on active rosters.

Ragone was projected as a 1st/2nd round prospect before his senior year when he had almost no talent around him.
