Anybody hear the interview on 610am? He was close to breaking down until the PR person cut off the interview. At least it shows he cares, too many times I've seen players laughing and joking after a loss like its nothing.

Meh. Props to him for giving a damn. It's got to be tough knowing you're the guy that screwed the pooch.

I would disagree, he contributed to the screwing of the pooch, but that pooch was worn out by then from the constant barrage it was getting from the defense.

It doesn't matter if it's a highschool game or in the pros, if you fumble on the 1 and lose the game, you're going to feel like a failure until you get a chance to redeem yourself. That's a nightmare scenario for any RB.

Maybe his hearts still in the hills of Tenn!! Maybe MEATBALLS still run through his veins!! Maybe JF knew what he was doing when he kissed him goodbye. MAYBE CB has a manlove for his hillbilly pals, and playing like crap for the Texans will help justify his LOVE for his old team!! Maybe SOMEDAY he'll learn how to hang on to a friggin football!!!:wild:

Dude fumbled in a bad, bad spot. But I seem to recall Slaton fumbling on a key possession in the red zone against GB, after which they went down the field to score. We won that game, so people probably don't remember it, but it happens. OD fumbled going into the end zone on a clean reception for no reason last year.

Chris Brown will get a chance to redeem himself, I'm sure.

Yes, he will get another chance, assuming he doesn't have a season ending injury blowing his little nose, and wiping away the tears.

Where is Tom Hanks when we need him?

Are you crying? Are YOU crying? ARE YOU CRYING!?! There's no crying. There's no crying in football.

Rogers Hornsby was my manager, and he called me a talking pile of pig ****, and that was when my parents drove all the way down from Michigan to see me play the game! And did I cry? No! NO! And you know why? Because there's no crying in football.

The Texans have a defense?

Could be worse .

Difference is we had time to redeem ourselves. Brown fumbled with virtually zero room for error on our defense. Mario had a B.S. horsecollar (I didn't see him grab the inside of the shoulder pads but it did look bad when he held onto the jersey). Game over. Defense forces offense into a bad position. Kubiak is running out of excuses.
