It's actually a very informative breakdown and anaylsis, I don't know their record but they seem to get it right quite often.

Well, let's see here. My guess is they predict the titans to run the ball effectively, stop our run with ease, put consistent pressure on Schaub and win the game with ease.

See, no reason to watch it now, right? :gun:

nice, KVB just showed what we did and how he knew the snap count on the 4th down play last season that schaub threw the INT on 4th down

yuck this is ugly .. talking about our defense

There was some bad coaching in there position wise and bad technique. On the stuckey td, why did the rookie and bennett squat on the same go routes? When they brought in heavy personel, why didn't the texans bring in heavy personel? What was the guy upstairs looking at? Where was demeco the defensive leader calling out the personel change and tilting towards that way?

I hope Bob McNair watched AFC Playbook tonight...it was a total embarrassment to the franchise. They should all be ashamed.

I agree Vinny, It absolutely depressed me. watching that made me think that we will be in a long season AGAIN.

I am lost for words

the non reads of the defense on the overload on the right side ..

the reads on the offensive lineman

Lord, I pray that the Texans show some kind of life this weekend

I think one reason we lost the game is miscommunication. Teams that are successful at football communicate with each other well, something I have yet to see from the Texans. DeMeco Ryans as the leader and MLB should direct the "plays" and make sure guys are in the right position and know what they need to do.

It seems to me that everyone is doing there own thing thinking that the guy next to him will cover a certain player who thinks someone else will cover him. The DBs looked lost and I wonder, do the Texans send down print outs of plays and show the players what there doing right or wrong?

http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-network-playbook/09000d5d812b2b33/WK-2-Playbook-Texans-vs-Titans watch it at the 2:50 mark going forward. They seem disgusted at the Texans when breaking down the film.

Dang. The breakdown of the defensive tape makes one believe we have
a bunch of DUMBASSES on defense. Diles is the starter, and they show
how his screwup getting on the field LATE, led to a big play by the Jets.
They overload the right side, and nobody notices it. The entire DEFENSE
gets SEALED out of the play!??

Sunday's gonna be UGLY, but hopefully that new cheese-ringed pizza by Pizza
Hut will console me. If they have another clunker like last Sunday, I expect
Bob McNair to blow this team up again. The Texans can NOT afford to start
ANY worse than 2-2 this season.

Not only did they get overloaded once, the Jets did it again with the exact same personnel grouping with no adjustment to the D. It screams of poor coaching.

I bet if one of the reporters asked Kubiak about the overloaded power O on the right side after the game he would've said, "I thought we had it covered." Just like he did when he stayed in punt return formation when the Jags were going for it last year.

I find this one of the most depressing things I've watched in a long time. It is one thing to have a bad day - it is a totally different thing to play stupid. In this game, it seems we were 'et up with stupid from the coaching to the players. I don't do stupid if I can possibly help it. Obviously, the word adjustment isn't in the Texans' vocabulary.

Somehow I forgot to record the game, then I recorded the playbook show and somehow it never made it to the DVR. It's as if I'm not supposed to see this game. I watched the link Vinny provided (thank you) and saw the 3 plays they discuss.

I feel like the MLB needs to recognize that heavy set and make the call. Wish they would do the same thing for the Offense. Maybe they did on the show.
