Thanks, Dmitri.
The Jets were fantastic today. They were too strong for the Texans, no question about it.
Clearly, Sanchez exceeded any reasonable expectations, and Ryan's blitz schemes were, in my view, brilliant.
Congratulations to the Jets on a decisive victory. The primary reason that the Texans lost here today was because of the superior play of the New York Jets. No ifs, ands or buts about it. For New York fans, it was a very impressive show.
I appreciate your encouragement. As you can see from some of the threads that are currently topping the board, many Texans fans are apoplectic after this loss. That is not to dis the Jets in any way. The Texans just did live up to the hype and expectations that many of us had heaped on their shoulders going into this game.
The Texans can still pull it together and make the playoffs, and I am still optimistic about their chances to do that. But this week was not the start we were hoping for.
You and the other Jets fans who have visited here this week have been great to have around. I hope that all of you will continue to drop in any time. You are always welcome here.
Good luck to the Jets the rest of the way. Hopefully, we will meet for a rematch in the playoffs. Then we will see what's what.
