Anyone want to join a FF money league?

I have asked this before with absolutely zero interest but I guess I am a glutton for punishment. :ant:

So, what I going to do is join up on one of the public leagues, probably at cbssports.com, although I am open to using a different website. If anyone has any interest in being in the same public league ('cause I know there won't be enough interest for a private money league) post here.

All I need to know if anyone wants to join up, we pick a league that's not full yet, while we are all online, we would have to agree on the draft time, etc also. The key is we all have to join about the same time before the league fills up, we could just coordinate it from here after we have an account and are paid up. If a couple of people want to do it, we could end up with a few of us in the same league while playing for a few bones.

I have played cbssports.com the last couple of years and it's not bad. The analysis is sometimes not great but you can get your news from anywhere.

Anyway, it's $40 for a team and payout is $200 to the winner, for the "gold" level. Which is what I do.

This one call Fireleague compares the cost to play and payout for what is apparently the 4 major sites that do this, just scroll down after clicking the link.

So, if anyone is intersted, post here and we can coordinate. I think it would be kind of cool to be a leauge with a few folks from here. If not, no biggie, I will just end up playing with random interweb folks.

I am in....just give me a time/group and we'll get in the same league.

Am I reading it right that CBS Sports will provide commissioner services? That makes me feel better about collusion.

They all are public leagues and provide commissioner services, the fees and payouts are just different.

I ended up buying 2 teams in 2 different leauges for $70, payout is $200 per league.

My first team's roster:

QB Roethlisberger, Ben (QB PIT) 8 QB ACT

RB Peterson, Adrian (RB MIN) 9 RB · RB-WR ACT
RB Portis, Clinton (RB WAS) 8 RB · RB-WR ACT
RB Jones, Felix (RB DAL) 6 RB · RB-WR ACT
RB Williams, Cadillac (RB TB) 8 RB · RB-WR ACT

WR Colston, Marques (WR NO) 5 RB-WR · WR ACT
WR Williams, Roy E. (WR DAL) 6 RB-WR · WR ACT
WR Cotchery, Jerricho (WR NYJ) 9 RB-WR · WR ACT
WR Moss, Santana (WR WAS) 8 RB-WR · WR ACT
WR Washington, Nate (WR TEN) 7 RB-WR · WR ACT

TE Daniels, Owen (TE HOU) 10 TE ACT
TE Miller, Heath (TE PIT) 8 TE ACT

K Brown, Kris (K HOU) 10 K ACT

DST Eagles (DST PHI) 4 DST ACT

I need to trade for a back up QB or maybe defense, positions went on weird runs in this draft, that's why I am stacked in places and need help in places.
