Need a lil help here....

As a few of ya'll know I've been on here for a while, kicked off and all that good stuff in the Carr vs. VY era.

I've never asked ya'll for anything but I am deployed here at Afghanistan and I am truly a die hard Texan fan, unfortunaly I am going to miss all this season and possibly basketball season.

I was wondering if anybody would be getting all the games this season and if so they would share the wealth and either email em to me or send them in the mail.

Let me know what to do I've contacted Texans organization no response yet didn't figure to get one anyways, but hell its worth the shot.:tiphat:
 
Have you considered NFL Gamepass, for 240$ you'll be able to stream ALL games in regular season. Its not available in the US, but since you're in Afghanistan that restriction should not apply to you. Question is only, do you have enough bandwidth?

If this is not an option Im sure you can find some torrents to download, but since that's not legal you shouldnt ;)

When I was In Iraq we contacted the Texans organization about the games and they sent over DVD's of the games. It's a few weeks late but hey, don't be tempted by the internet!
 
If I can figure out how to burn them from my DVR, I'll gladly send them to you. When I was in Iraq in '04, the internet was iffy at best and from what my nephew told me(he was 101st in '06) it was even worse for the military. I'm a techno-retard, so can anyone tell me how to burn a dvd from my dvr? I'll gladly send care packages, too. Being in a war zone sux balls and anything those guys can get is a blessing.

It's not hard. Just buy a DVD player that you can burn a DVD on. Run the line from the DVR, to the DVD player, then to the TV...IIRC. Put a blank DVD in the player, press play on the DVR to watch the game, and hit record. You'll have to follow the directions of your DVD player to format the DVD after you record it and that will finalize it and make it where you can watch it on other DVD players and not just the one that it was recorded on. I used to burn movies and stuff all of the time and then my damn DVD player quit formating them or something. They wouldn't play on other DVD players and barely played back on mine without freezing. I need to buy another on before too long.....:thinking:
