Texans CB Quin leaves practice with injury

Hope it's minor this is a position where we need our young guys getting as many reps as possible. It sounded like he looked good in OTAs as well.

Quin walked without a problem after practice. He underwent an MRI as a precaution.

thats greaT! per chron.com

Seems to me if they can't identify foot or leg then its probably not a big deal. If y'all think this is bad, the Eagles just lost their MLB Stewart Bradley for the season, now thats horrible.

so a day and no update? weird

"Injury report: In addition to Myers and Reeves' injuries, Quin was in pads but did not practice. After practice, the rookie corner called his leg bruise a "little speed bump" and said that he hopes to get back on the field as soon as possible.

"We're just day-to-day right now," he said. "They came out here this morning and tried it out and it was still a little tender, still a little sore. I'm pretty sure we'll go in and get some treatment and try it out again, and whenver I can go, I'll be back out there."

Glad to see he came back this morning. I read the Chronicle this morning John had a nice article on Quin, I found it interesting that when Gibbs jr was asked (paraphrase) how/why they picked Quin he said Ray Rhodes found him on tape and they started watching him and were impressed, so what im sayin is its good to see that they wanted him all along:texflag: props to our coaches doin some good scouting
