Wow, this guy is crazy. I mean this is almost on the level of Rick James.

I can't wait to see Dave Chappelle doing him next season.

"I'm Pacman Jones B***!, I'm the greatest cornerback that ever lived!"

i feel bad for him in a way. these rookies dont understand that you IMMEDIATELY are a target. u are a walking lawsuit why HELP the folks?

i dont know whether he is guilty or not but naive yes.

I don't feel bad for him, unless he's innocent of the charges. Being ignorant of the NFL as a rookie shouldn't provide any excuses for being ignorant of Federal, State, Local law.

I also don't feel bad because chances are he will get off easier than he would have if he was just another guy on the street. It's pretty clear there's preferential treatment for athletes/celebrities when it comes to the U.S. courts, so the last thing he needs is our sympathy.

Are you saying that the website is not accurate? Anyway, as a Texans fan I remember Coleman being in the news. It is bad for the sport as a whole. I hope that pac-man is able to stay out of trouble in the future.

Target? Yeah, cuz the only reason he may be in trouble for breaking a bottle over a girl's head is because he is an athlete--sure it is. To bad he naively thought being in the NFL gave him special rights.

Now this is from a hack web-site so none of it may be true.

Sounds like a case of mistaken identity to me. How do we know that Lil Jon wasn't having a strip club spree in Georgia the same time that PacMan did? Get those prints off that bottle of Cristal because there's no other way to tell the two apart.

When he was selected on draft day thats the 1st thing I told my wife that he look just like Lil Jon minus the goblet :highfive: YeahHHHHHHHHHHH!!! WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

The other thing I notice was his family members and friends around him after the selection are going to suck him dry of his money! I saw alot of bling bling at that table! :hmmm:

ok sadly most of these athletes are coming into the situation where people expect them to take care of the ENTIRE family. Its not fair and a lot of pressure these KIDS are under. Remember they are barely 21 most of them.

You say don't feel sorry for them but none of us had to become the primary bread winner for our family, our friends. Most dont' have the proper training to handle their new found fortune which is why a pac-man jones could be out the league in 3-4 years.

Having a ton of money and being a NFL celebrity doesn't justify breaking laws. I have a lot of respect for the players as far as what they've accomplished to get to the NFL, but it doesn't mean I have to sympathize with all of their actions just because they have a family of moochers.

And personally, if I wasnt sure of how to handle my money and expected a multi-million payday in the near future, I might spend some of those years of college in a business/accounting class instead of "Underwater Basketweaving".

Not that I'm accusing any player specifically of this, just commenting on the situation in general where millionaires go bankrupt.
