college tweeners for TE

i'm talking BBall tweeners, in the antonio gates mold. Rice has a good forward who is 6'6 240lbs,Michael Harris. He doesn't make it to the nba he should look to the NFL. Jason Maxiell from Cincinatti might be a better prospect at 6'7 240 and is a better runner. But both these guys are probably too good at basketball to start playing football. They will both be playing ball somewhere next year.

a guy that i have liked was anothony mix from auburn. he has very good size at 6'5" and around 250. he doesn't really have a position at auburn because he isn't really a wr (which is what he is listed as) and he shares time with cooper wallace, probably because he isn't that great at blocking. i think he has pretty good hands and has good speed, especially for a te, the auburn site says he has been clocked at 10.6 in the 100.

harris is a good/great basketball player, but the nba for some reason or another is over looking him. probally because he is a 6'6" pf, he rebounds well, he went for 20+ in back to back games against uconn and syracuse(at their places).....i dunno he would be apart of my team cause he would be a great hustle man(a shorter version of ben wallace and a more classy version of dennis rodman). i've watched him play many times while he is a good athlete he isn't that fast. i don't think he would be any better(or worse)than some of the free agents that we may pick up, or what we already have. we wouldn't gain an advatage by having him out there, so think it wouldn't be that great of an idea when you actually executed it....but the idea is a good one though(ben wallace a full scholarship to auburn to play te, but they wouldn't let him play bball too so he wen to virgina union. think about having that monster on your team?!).
