I just never thought he was THAT good.I think picking Addai and releasing EJ was one of the greatest moves that the Colts ever made.
Are you serious? James was out due to injury back when he played for the Colts, but when he was in the game, as a fan, awesome, if the Colts were playing againt my team, it wasn't a good feeling.
In a way I agree with you. The colts took a gamble by letting EJ go and it paid off when they got Addai and he excelled. EJ's good, but the Cards were not the same as the Colts, and certainly didn't utilize him the same. EJ's still got some game, and he'll play somewhere. Besides, he has to pay for that new fancy sport's car he bought himself for making it to the SB.

Picking Edge over Ricky Williams was the greatest move the Colts ever made. I think Addai has done well but nowhere near what Edge did for the Colts, I think asking for too much money instead of playing on an offense that well suited his talents and with Peyton at the helm is always going to be a contender. His next biggest mistake was thinking the Cards was a place that was going to take him to the promised land. He got his pay day but it cost him his career pretty much.
