What jerseys will they be wearing against the Titans?

That's cool, I was hoping they'd wear white, since that's the only color jersey I have right now plus I can't wait to sport the "C" patch I had sewed on it.

I think we've only worn them once this year and I think you get 2 games you can wear your 'alternate jersey'. I wonder if the Colts game when we wore all deep steel blue (blue jerseys / blue pants) counts as an alternate to our normal blue / white combo. I'm not real clear on that, but I love the red jerseys.

Last year we had all blue versus the Colts,all red versus the Broncos, and red/white for the last game versus the Jaguars. So maybe red tops/white bottoms for the Titans.

They have to announce the jesrsey color earlier in the seasin im pretty sure.

Thats why they already have it on the website before the season starts.

Blue and white it will be.

Im glad get to wear my AJ blue jesrsey!
 
I'm wearin RED! Don't want anyone mistaking me for a meatball fan!!

I think it was year 2, maybe 3, that they surprised us by wearing red for the Titans game. Everyone thought they were suppose to wear white cause that was "listed" at the beginning of the season. MAYBE they have one game they can change each year. I have NO idea, but, i bet they wear red!!
 
If they can do it and switch to red for this game, that would be awsome.

although blue is still probally my favorite.
 
I would think if they have any games in red it will be the Bears game. Red is a Xmas color and the game is just a couple of days or so after Christmas.

Also, the Bears game is Fan Appreciation which is usually one of the Battle Red games. I'd be surprised to seem them in something other than red for the last game of the season.
 
Maybe in 30 years we can have a throwback Uniform what would it be??? :cool:

I'm suprised the NFL doesn't allow the newer teams to create Throwbacks to generate more revenue. Maybe its historical accuracy kind of thing.

I would love to see some kind of throwback (Yes I know it wouldn't be a real throwback!!!!!!) made with the Texans 2nd Logo with the HT, that would be kick ass.

The NBA is doing this exact thing with the Charlotte, I mean New Orleans, oops I mean Oklahoma City Franchise.
 
am i the only one to notice the change to blue socks with the white jerseys after the pittsburgh game? we've never done that before until this season, and i like the change, personally.

I noticed that too before the Ravens game. I agree. Do away with the red socks. It looks too...Minutemen or something. Looks kind of corny.

The all blue bottom look with the white jerseys looks more solid and "professional."

Last year we had Liberty white day for the first home game. We then had Deep Steel Blue day for The Colts, Battle Red Day for the Thursday game vs. Denver and then Red with white pants for the last game of the season vs. The Jags.

Now if memory serves me correct, the year we swept Tenn and particularly our home game against Tennessee, the team suprised the fans by coming out with the Red jerseys. I believe that was the 2004 season where we went 7-9.

Did that for a Titans game that we won years ago. It was one of the days I got to do the running on the field thing for the Ultimate Texan Fan contest, and all of us finalists were surprised that they had busted out the red jersey. Maybe 2004.

Last year, I thought they were going to do the red, but they didn't.

It had to have been in 2004, only year we beat them (twice). Anyway I heard that the marketing dept. was not very pleased with that surprise battle red day because of the all the sponsorship tie ins with the day. Hopefully they make an adjustment and tell the marketing team then they surprise everyone else.
 
I find it odd that they wouldn't take adavantage of the opporutnity to wear red twice, especially given our success in the jerseys and the historical precedent of wearing it twice a year.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the last home game of the season is ALWAYS Fan Appreciation Day.

Teams are allowed 2 "alternate jersey" days (I believe the NFL calls it a "third jersey") a year. Blue and white are our standard jerseys, regardless of pant color. Red is the alternate, and we always announce it once a year for Battle Red Day. The second time is always a "surprise", but I believe it's always been the last or next-to-last game. My money's on the Titans game, although because of the state of the economy right now, I actually have no money.
 
If I see anyone wearing a vince young jersey...well I may have to be restrained..especially if I see a Texan fan in a texan jersey pat VY on the back if he beats us again.
