What's up with the Bolts and "lights"

I found this video on NFL.com thats called "Official Review". For those who don't/can't watch the NFL network it comes on weekly to review what the Official's have done good or bad. Rich Eisen starts the video by saying this is a first for the NFL network. Well it is not a first for Texans fans.

So I say to any Bills fans out there don't get to excited 'cause you still didn't do this first and we can say thanks to FILODOC for that. We may not be in first place in our division but we were FIRST at something.
