This should be good. Let's see what kind of crap he'll put out to try and ease us fans from jumping off the ledge.

I wonder what the calls on 610 will be like.. that is if all the calls wanting the truth why he was unprepared for the game yesterday are screened out....

Yesterday I heard Gary say in an interview omething to the affect of they needed to go back and look at schemes...He didn't say offensively or defensively, but it was the first time I had heard him mention schemes as being a source of the problem...

I'll be listening to see if he expounds on that further...

I hope they take a hard look at everything, from the ground up. Something went terribly wrong.

is it just me or does kubiak just seem sorta soft as a head coach??? I watch his post game reaction year after year, and it's always the same sad face, with the same words coming out of his mouth.

"I blame myself for not having us prepared"

"We have to go back and look at the tape"

He just doesn't seem like a "firey" type of dude.

you're just used to Jeffy Mustache. the kind of coach that puts bounties on opposing players and teaches them to hit after the whistle....

Maybe we can hire him instead?

Wasn't he known to have bad interviewing skills and was bad with the media, prior to becoming our head coach? I remember that being mentioned as one of his flaws, when we were talking about potential HCs back in '05.

I'm not worry about him being a soft HC, he might seem laid back during interviews, but I'm pretty sure when he's out on the field he can be a pretty passionate and firey coach.

What can he say to quiet the spazzes?

I predict that no matter what he says, anything short of "Ray's gonna be drawing up the defensive schemes from here on" will be met with derision at TT.com and HT.com.

Everyone needs to chill out. It's one game.

Who needs an undershirt and why?

Do they not know we can here them?

That drumming drives me nuts.

All that has been said:

Testing, test, test......

Just giving a play-by-play.

Kubiak confirmed a group of backs are coming in to work out tomorrow, but wasn't aware of the names.

RBs or DBs? I wish we could bring them in today, so they'll have a chance to contribute in the next game(or atleast get to practice with the team and look over the playbook).

There wasn't any position to blame says Kubiak. I can name a couple off the top of my head, he just won't throw 'em under the bus.

uh-oh, seems like the injury bug has bitten us once again. This is starting to get ridiculous.

I wish he would just say what needs to be said...

Point out the players that he was disappointed with.

But to tell us the front four played well, I mean COME ON!

Asked if the team had any injuries to report, Kubiak said "yeah, we've got a lot of them. I have a long list, do you want to ask me about individual players?"

OH SHEEET.

BUENO!
Damn, I understand it's Liberty White week, but HT.com looks whacked

Houston Texans Marketing Associates Inc. continues on without missing a beat while their football division suffers another humiliating defeat. When is this group going to learn that we don't want "Liberty White Day" and a stupid 1940's pretend fight song. We want winning football and without that none of the rest of it matters very much.

I can't get the press conf. since I'm at work, but hopefully he mentions Eugene Wilson. Be nice to see him contribute some. Couldn't be any worse.

I thought I'd would feel better and more optimistic after listening to his presser, instead I am left with an even worser feeling then before it. This sucks.

It was very apparent that Kubiak did not want to do the presser today.
You would? His football team got their *** handed to them yesterday, and he has to get asked questions about it. Sure, that's a part of his job, but come on.

Also, do you guys really expect him to call out players? It's quite obvious who did and didn't play well. The game tape doesn't lie. Even the casual fan can tell who had a bad day yesterday without Kubiak having to single them out.

This is a group sport. You live and die as a team.

Ah, Football!
Welp, that was enlightning.

I feel no better now about our team than I did before the presser. Matter of fact, I think I feel worse. :gun:

Yeah I think it ended on a somber note with the injury reports and his brief description of the Ravens defense.
